Literally the worst manicure I received. Chipped after 3 days, and starting getting bubbles after 4 days. I definitely won't be back!

First, the utensils are not sterilized between clients - ick! Second, my technician Kim was on her phone speaking the entirety of my pedi ! So even though its no one's business I tried telling her look, I'm choosing glitter because I have an event where I will be on stage and it will help me stand out a bit. This is the only nail place I've been to in Naples and it's so great! They give you a free drink and are so nice. The inside is always nice and clean. There are also massage chairs. If there's one thing they can improve on it would be that they give the option of doing designs. That is not an option here and I think a lot of people would like it to be. read more

When I first walked in I was excite, a nail salon with a bar? Awesome! Or maybe not? The nail tech that did my pedi was attentive and professional. He took his time and had my feet looking fabulous. The only drawback to the experience, I watched an employee walk around and offer everyone else a beverage: alcoholic or non. I wondered if I was suppose to wave or push a bell? Maybe yell, "hey you!" Maybe it was my tech's job, I don't know. Didn't care too much, I was there to get my nails and eyebrows done. My next encounter was not as relaxing. The nail tech that did my ombre acrylics hardly spoke, came off stiff and uncomfortable with his job. He did an ordinary job on my nails but I had to repeat numerous times how I wanted my nails, this after I had already explained in detail what I wanted when I first sat down. Next, my eyebrows. I followed the employee to the back and explained. I do not like thin eyebrows and just wanted them cleaned up. She nearly cut me off, saying "yes yes I got it." She didnt get it. She completely took the natural slope from my left eyebrow. My eyebrows were different sizes. I had to explain that she was suppose to trim the long hairs; as well as, pluck any small hairs left the wax couldn't grab. She said she would fix my left eyebrow. I explained you had already made my eyebrow too thin and if she tried to fix it I would have am eyebrow left. I've never had a "professional" mess up so badly. It made it worse that this was for my bday. She actually expected me to pay for her ruining my eyebrows. nope. Never again! read more

I actually quite liked this place. It's usually a bit unnerving to walk into a new place but I'm glad I did. Beautiful interior with separate areas for pedis and manis. There's even a tiny bar that offers all sorts of drinks and even cocktails. I chose water and it was given to me in a wine glass with ice cubes. Refreshing! My experience was not rushed one bit, nor did it take hours. Vivian took her time and I felt like she took the time to do it right. I asked her to do my eyebrows as well and I appreciated that she listened to how I wanted them and comprehended 100%. Prices were not unreasonable...for a pedi, gel manicure, and eyebrow tweezing it came to $82. The few extra dollars was worth the experience of being cared for and not being rushed or felt like I was bothering someone. read more

We have been to tHis nail salon many times. The last 2 times we went probably sealed the deal for us not returning. I went 2 weeks ago and the guy that did my nails kept saying " even though they are so short ( which they are not. I've never had someone say that to me) I can make them look ok. See, much better. He repeated this for an hour . Big turn-off. Today I went with my daughter and Cody did my nails. He did an amazing job. I wish I could give the salon more stars for his work, but then the woman who did my teen daughter's nails ruined the star rating. She got mad because my daughter didn't want to do the dip manicure and berated her the entire time about having short nails. My daughter left in tears before I was finished ( we had driven separately). When I saw her nails I was so disappointed. Paint all over her skin . It was awful. I ended up not waiting for my regular gal and I am bummed. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in due to a much-needed nail repair. I decided to have both a mani/pedi. My cuticles on my toes or nails weren't trimmed. I thought this was the main point of going to the nail salon. I'm not one to typically complain but after sitting in my car and looking at my nails, I had to go back inside and say something. Manager called the tech and she came out to fix my unclipped cuticles. She was short, rude, and clearly upset. Um. I just paid $100 dollars and left you a $20 tip. Oh my goodness. So so very bad. Front desk girl is rude and acts like she's too good for anyone in there. The woman who did my nails, Dianne, while nice and sort of personable I guess, gave me the absolute worst manicure ever. First she and every other girl in there gave me shit for getting my toes shellacked at my place back home. Then told me that they won't shellac them here because "it's inconvenient". On to the manicure...Shellac is all over my hands, cuticles and fingers. It's lumpy and parts of my nails aren't even painted. The "snowflake" she painted on my finger looks like a poor example of a spiderweb. And to top it off, the UV light that dries your shellac, burned my hand it was that hot. I should have been smart and read the reviews before coming in here. My friend got a pedicure however and he loved it.. I'll let him leave his own review. Made appointments for a friend and I to get gel manicures and the staff was very unfriendly and rude while I was getting my nails done. She kept getting snippy with me when I would position my hands a certain way. After leaving I noticed some spots she had missed on nearly all of my nails along the edges and so I went back to get it corrected. I wasn't even greeted then finally once acknowledged waited patiently for the nail tech to be done with a pedicure she was doing. Once she was finished she was rude and seemingly inconvenienced so she rushed through to touch up my nails and here I am not even 2 weeks and my nails are chipping and you can clearly see where she "tried" to touch up. I gave up on this place and I will not return! Don't waste your time. They even have a full bar and don't even offer paying customers a drink! read more

Came in here a few days ago to get a shellac manicure. It's $5 more expensive here than other places. I was in a hurry and it was close by. Waited about 5 minutes (not bad) and sat down. Front desk chick brought me some water. The woman doing my nails was personable but very rushed and didn't take her time. The shellac was all over the sides of nails and on my cuticles. She smeared the shellac when she was putting on the top coat. One of the lights stopped working so in order for her to paint or massage my hands, my arms were completely crossed from one station to the next. Not exactly an enjoyable massage. My nails are so jacked it looks like a child did them. I gave this place two stars instead of one because although it's the worst shellac manicure I've ever had, they were pleasant. Pelican Nails or Utopia Nails do a better job. read more

I've been coming here for a couple months and Don and Vu are my favorite. Most of the people there are friendly, but you always get great service, there's complimentary drinks whether its water, wine, coffee, etc. The environment is welcoming and relaxing and I can't say I have had a better experience anywhere else. Don and Vu have instagram pages that really help out for first newcomers so if you're looking for acrylic work done, I highly recommend either of them. read more

I have been going to Royal Nail for the 7 years I've been in Naples and it was my always top choice to take family and friends when they came to visit. Unfortunately, I have had fewer and fewer good experiences (including prior to COVID) and I'm upset that I have to find another place to go because their service quality has really tanked. I've never experienced staff complain so much about the condition of someone's feet (my mom broke her toe which affected nail regrowth), or having to remove old nail polish prior to the pedicure. Sad that a loyal customer has to make the decision to go elsewhere.... read more

Went here with a friend. We both got the same exact thing Spa Mani/pedi with gel polish on fingers and regular polish on toes. She got charged $90.. And I got charged $95.. No exact reason why and no refund. Also the gel polish they use is very cheap.. Even with 2-coats it's not evenly coated. Lots of dark and light spots on every nail and the very thin compared to places that use OPI or Shellac brand. Needless to say.. I won't be back. I'm coming for a great polish not for drinks. read more

There is an awkwardness when you walk in the door, not a very friendly greeting. I needed a mani/pedi. My Tech was a very nice young man and I loved my pedi, however, I was disappointed with my manicure. I was expecting the standard lotion and warm mittens to start, that didn't happen, he pretty much just soaked my nails, trimmed my cuticles, sold me the upgrade to a longer lasting gel polish and $70 later sent me on my way. Looking closer at my mani when I got home, he did terrible filing my nails, they're all crooked! And the gel polish is gloopy, thicker on some parts than others. Glad I'm just visiting. I've been here a total of three times. The first time was great and the second time I went for a gel manicure and the guy I had seemed very rushed and my nails looked terrible! And finally I went in last week for a mani and pedi and my nail tech (Kevin) did a great job on my pedicure, but my nails were a different story. I got a gel French and within two days my polish was chipping and their were light and dark spots. Not to mention he was actually pretty rude.
