I can tell you firsthand he cares more about his patients and their best outcome. I had initially planned to go out of the country for my procedure because 2 other consults were both at twice the price! Then God brought me to this place. When God gives you a blessing it's always the best. It ended up being 10 minutes from my house! I was overcome with joy hearing Christian music in the waiting & operating room. It gave me so much peace and comfort. As others mentioned, Dr. Nguyen asked to pray for me and let me pray for him. This uncommon practice is something I cherished. His staff is also so kind, patient and responsive. I just had my operation today and I couldn't wait to write him this review because I know the results will be excellent! Without seeing anything I am confident it will be amazing. I only wish Dr. Nguyen would extend his office and get more doctors like him in different specialties so I can go there for all my health needs. God willing, one day. Thank you Dr. Nguyen & staff for an amazing experience! I am truly grateful!

When I asked for photos of people with similar cases like mine he pretty much brushed me off & suggested I visit their website for photos. Why would I do that if you're literally right in front of me hahah. Show me photos educate me you're the surgeon who I may potentially pay thousands and thousands to perform this procedure. Anyways after our rushed procedure the sales team gets a hold of me lol and they just went right into pricing .. didn't ask me about the consult didn't even introduce themselves I was shocked !!! The whole experience came off rushed and very sales driven. I even expressed that to the sales girls) I really believe if the surgeon took his time explaining things and behaved like someone who cared about me instead of my $$ this would have been a totally different experience. People are coming to you to spend tons and tons of money. They're not an inconvenience as soon as they want questions answered, very unprofessional. The 2 stars is for that fact that he doesn't charge a consult fee (shocking )

Korean skincare lovers and just all around skincare lovers, this experience was incredible!…read more I recently visited Troiareuke in Lake Forest for a professional Korean skin analysis and facial experience, and I was blown away by how detailed the skin scan was. The scan measured everything from hydration levels, pigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles, pore size, and buildup, giving me a complete picture of my skin's health and exactly what I can do to improve it. Seeing the results in real time was both fascinating and eye-opening! The facility itself is absolutely beautiful, with high-end Korean skincare products throughout. As someone who loves Korean skincare, I was in heaven!!!! If you've ever wondered what your skin actually needs, I highly recommend scheduling a skin scan. The personalized insights alone are worth it--and trust me, you'll want to stay for the facial too! Alice helped me with the scan and Dana did my facial. Both were amazing! Never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior. I drove 1.5 hours to this location because…read moreI was very excited about the technology used and everything that was used and shown on social media. Location, stunning. I'm going to address two main things, The service started out okay but then shortly after instead of nice massage movements they started light slapping on my face and I don't personally like that which made me uncomfortable, at the end of the service they put a leg compressor and a face mask on and left the room for what felt like forever, so long that I started counting how many pauses in between songs which was 8, even if a song is 3 minutes long that's well over 20mins. I went to the front and paid for my service and sunscreen because I didn't enjoy the service but the product was nice. I still tipped because I know what it's like to be in the beauty industry working for tips. I reached out to the private line which I assumed was the owner cause it was sending me personal texts about rescheduling to give some feedback because I didn't want to put my girl on the spot and make her uncomfortable. I wanted the owner and her to have a private one on one coaching moment with the feedback that I left. You can read the messages listed above, but long story short it spiraled to such a point where instead of just giving private coaching, they had her try and call me to apologize, which is both embarrassing for her and myself and completely unprofessional. If you go to a restaurant and don't like your food, you don't see the manager, bringing out the chef to apologize to you right? they just fix the food and that's the end of it. I felt like they were completely targeting her and trying to make it seem like I was doing the same and they were telling me that she was ashamed which I was not trying to belittle her. I was just trying to share private criticism about not leaving someone in a room for 20 minutes to just lay there with a face mask on and getting too much slapping movements on the face which was making me uncomfortable. I would absolutely never go back just based on the way they treat their employees. On top of that they try to make it right with a $75 refund which I said that I would accept because I drove an hour and a half away and they stopped messaging me when I said I would accept so now they're not doing that either. I can never support a business that tries to make their employees feel small when they make a mistake and embarrass them. Good products or not these people are still people at the end of the day and trying to put them on the spot to call and apologize is crazy When I was just giving private feedback on something the made me uncomfortable.

Dr. Zikria sat with us and chatted for about 15 minutes, easing any kind of doubts that we had about the procedure. I do not recommend this company/location to anyone…read more I purchased a package that included 10 tattoo laser removal sessions. To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I'm really happy to finally be writing this review about my laser treatment. I don't usually leave…read morereviews, but I wanted to for this -- and I waited about two weeks so I could see the real changes in my skin first. I struggled with acne from my teenage years into my mid-20s, which really bothered me. Once my acne finally calmed down, I decided to visit the medspa to work on my acne scars and skin texture. This was my first laser treatment, so I was honestly pretty nervous. Lyndsey was my nurse, and she was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything about the procedure and how it works, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. The facility was very clean and professional, too. I had Nordlys resurfacing and IPL done. I won't lie, it was a little painful, but totally worth it. Lyndsey made it much easier by checking in on me, giving me ice packs, and adjusting the settings during the treatment based on how I was feeling. Now that I've had time to see the results, I'm really happy with the improvement in my skin. I'm definitely going back (actually planning to schedule my next treatment right after this) and highly recommend Lyndsey. She never pushes unnecessary treatments and really takes time to talk through your skin concerns and choose the right options for you.

Okay, so if I told you I'm incredibly happy with this place, you wouldn't believe me. You'd think…read morethey pay me to write a positive review, so let me share my story. I'm a woman in my early thirties. I started working out more than three years ago and was on a strict diet. I did everything I could to be healthy, but the scale still showed 220 pounds. After almost two years, I managed to lose 30 pounds and was feeling pretty happy. But then, I started to feel stagnant. I lost a few pounds here and there, but that was about it. I was disappointed with myself and felt bad about my self-esteem. So, I decided to look into surgery options. But I must admit, I was scared. I had seen videos on social media and wasn't sure if that was the right decision for me. I looked into other options, including weight loss shots. I had heard about them, but I thought that they weren't for me when they started gaining popularity a few years ago. But now, they seemed like a better option than surgery. I researched the GLP-1 and was pretty sure that I would give them a try. When I was ready, I wanted to a clinic that I could trust and that could help me achieve my weight loss goals. I searched Yelp for "clinics to lose weight" and found some near to me. I read the reviews and, when you look at a place that everyone says is good, you can't help but be skeptical. That's why I like to read the negative reviews too. (I work in customer service, and I know that unhappy customers tend to discredit good places.) I decided to give this clinic a try with Lindsay. That was three months ago, and I still remember how nervous I was that day. But the staff was so nice and professional with me. Lindsay recommended me tirzepatide, and now I'm a completely different person. (I shouldn't tell you my weight, but it's now 159 pounds.) I know I've lost more than 30 pounds in just three months. But let me tell you, this isn't magic. You have to put in a lot of work for yourself. Take care of yourself, go to the gym (but you don't have to live at the gym), drink a lot of water, and eat healthy. (You know just follow the rules) Lindsay and the staff aren't your mom. Their job is to help you reach your goal. I want to thank Lindsay and the staff for their help. I highly recommend them. (I'll leave some pictures for everyone to see.)
