I'm going to address two main things, The service started out okay but then shortly after instead of nice massage movements they started light slapping on my face and I don't personally like that which made me uncomfortable, at the end of the service they put a leg compressor and a face mask on and left the room for what felt like forever, so long that I started counting how many pauses in between songs which was 8, even if a song is 3 minutes long that's well over 20mins. I went to the front and paid for my service and sunscreen because I didn't enjoy the service but the product was nice. I still tipped because I know what it's like to be in the beauty industry working for tips. I reached out to the private line which I assumed was the owner cause it was sending me personal texts about rescheduling to give some feedback because I didn't want to put my girl on the spot and make her uncomfortable. I wanted the owner and her to have a private one on one coaching moment with the feedback that I left. You can read the messages listed above, but long story short it spiraled to such a point where instead of just giving private coaching, they had her try and call me to apologize, which is both embarrassing for her and myself and completely unprofessional. If you go to a restaurant and don't like your food, you don't see the manager, bringing out the chef to apologize to you right? they just fix the food and that's the end of it. I felt like they were completely targeting her and trying to make it seem like I was doing the same and they were telling me that she was ashamed which I was not trying to belittle her. I was just trying to share private criticism about not leaving someone in a room for 20 minutes to just lay there with a face mask on and getting too much slapping movements on the face which was making me uncomfortable. I would absolutely never go back just based on the way they treat their employees. On top of that they try to make it right with a $75 refund which I said that I would accept because I drove an hour and a half away and they stopped messaging me when I said I would accept so now they're not doing that either. We were greeted immediately by the front desk receptionist and filled out some paperwork after we arrived. They were extremely informative and thorough about the entire procedure and gave great instructions for aftercare. Dr. Zikria sat with us and chatted for about 15 minutes, easing any kind of doubts that we had about the procedure. The entire session took about 30 minutes and it took about 3 or 4 days of healing before things looked back to normal. Now my partner's skin is glowing and she's loving it. To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! I physically couldn't sit there anymore so I walked out and told the front desk I had to leave for another engagement as I didn't think it would take this long. She was polite and apologized and asked for me to return the next morning. I returned the next morning and received my treatment. Well a week later my face looked uneven and didn't have the same shape it had prior to the Botox. I called and asked what they'd recommend for me to do on my end about the problem areas. I was told to take a picture and text it to her, which I did. I received no response, follow up or advice as to what if anything I could do to normalize my face. They were aware that I previously had lip filler injected 3 months earlier. (I will add that I received the lip filler at another place. NakedMD in mission Viejo and I highly recommend NakedMD) Well the area she injected around the lip completely made my lower lip disappear so now I have a "Simpson" looking lip. My eyelids droop but the side of my face is like stretched sideways so it looks very funny. One eyelid is also higher than the other but both are so high, I had to shave my eyebrows and draw fake ones in. She also injected the area underneath my chin to rid risk of accumulating a double chin but I now have a very noticeable double chin that wasn't there to begin with. All I wanted was to rid of any wrinkles and lift chin/eyebrows... I came out looking like I altered my face. Completely botched. Yeah the wrinkles are all gone alright but so is all my other facial features. I'm upset cus my lips were perfect prior and now it's difficult to even speak orcus of the shape they now are. I struggled with acne from my teenage years into my mid-20s, which really bothered me. Once my acne finally calmed down, I decided to visit the medspa to work on my acne scars and skin texture. This was my first laser treatment, so I was honestly pretty nervous. Lyndsey was my nurse, and she was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything about the procedure and how it works, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. The facility was very clean and professional, too. I had Nordlys resurfacing and IPL done. I won't lie, it was a little painful, but totally worth it. Lyndsey made it much easier by checking in on me, giving me ice packs, and adjusting the settings during the treatment based on how I was feeling. Now that I've had time to see the results, I'm really happy with the improvement in my skin.
