When we were leaving, they asked us to finish signing and thats where the "merchant copy" receipt was relevant here cus the cost went up to $163 and they asked for extra tip. I thought it was just going to be $20 as in the gratuity that was mentioned beforehand but she said it was extra $10 and $10 for the oil. When at the start it was just presented as a choice to us when we first started. She said coconut or lavender and i said to my husband lavender since it's going to smell nicer more soothing. Anyway right after i told her this wasn't explained to us at the start the older lady at the desk started yelling at me, that it was xmas and saying that i wanted things for free. I was like how is this free? It's already $163 and my husband had to get in between us and explained to her that we aren't yelling at her? why yell at us? She told us the oil comes out of her pocket so my husband asked her to make the sign bigger if she's going to get like this about it. She calmed down and started looking down after and i imagine it was a very awkward experience for us both. We paid and when we asked for a receipt she said she couldn't give me one. I tried the day before but I arrived too late. I requested a 4 hands massage. They agreed they could do it. But I had to wait 15 min. After 10 min they told me to come In and shower. They told me a shower is free. The shower stall was not clean, there was hair and Debra in it. and water spilled all over the floor because the shower head is not mounted. When I turned on the water m, it spilled all over the outside of the shower onto the floor. Once I cleaned the shower, I took a shower and needed a new towel. I attempted to explain to the lady why my towel was was on floor, but she seem annoyed that I asked for another towel. (There must be a towel shortage). Once I finished, the ladies began the massage. After a few minutes another customer came in, and one of the ladies left. The therapist informed me that she will be the I only one doing the massage. At this point I was like ok no problem. Then after a few minutes she mentioned that the shower I took was a part of the massage and my message would only be 50 min. I totally disagreed with that because that was nit shared up front otherwise I would not have agreed to it. I was appalled with this last minute communication and told her I was leaving. I got dressed and left. If the shower is part of the massage then they should communicate that up front. The cleanliness as I mentioned was also an opportunity in the massage rooms. As you look through the hole on the table you can see trash and debris on the floors. There is another location across from Adore and a host of massage places down Buford. Maybe consider someplace else.

She went to the back and was gone a few minutes, and then reappeared with a man that looked like he just woke up. His old t-shirt looked wrinkled and sweaty as he greeted me. He walked me to room #1 and it looked nothing like the photo on their website. The massage chairs looked old, but I still sat down. The man said he would be back with a foot soak tub and I agreed. As I waited for him to come back......I looked at the massage chair next to me and you could tell it was never cleaned up from the last customer. The towels on "my" footstool looked old and dirty in addition to the gross pillow I was about to lay on , and the air conditioner was not on enough so I was getting warm and worried about catching a foot fungus or worse from this place. I decided to leave before he came back, and will never try going there again.
