At the self-checkout station, only one spot was open, and I had to seek assistance from an off-duty employee. It's evident that the management should improve their efforts in adequately staffing their stores.

There was only one cashier next to the self check out lane and she didn't want to open up the self- checkout when one of the staff asked her about it. Apparently, she was the one who had the key and can open up the area. Anyway, I decided to call the store from where I was in line (I was probably the sixth person in line at the time). To make a long story short, I attempted to call three times before I actually got a person to answer the phone. I asked when will they be opening the "self check out" area and she said "she didn't know...sometimes they open at 10 or 11... it just depended on who was there".

I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

First she said if it's ok my app it doesn't apply (that's not true). I told her that's not true as long as it's clipped. She said then show her the coupon clipped on my app, I showed her the checkout page in my app which showed the item discounted with coupon. Note: I decided to come in store to pickup and checkout instead of doing a pickup, so I didn't checkout on the app. Without asking me she clicked on checkout in my app. I told here "Oh! Please don't checkout" (I didn't shout or raise my voice, just surprised) She freaked out, jumped back and put up her hands. She basically told me she can't help me if she can't touch my phone. Third, the workers at the meat counter were all very nice and helpful. Ordered fish to be fried and while it was being prepared, walked through the aisles. There was a lot of everything to chose from and although we didn't need anything, it was a good mental note for when I do need something. We got some produce and all of it looked good, not wilted or sad, so I was very impressed. We took the fish home and it was so much better than we've had at other places. It was crispy, salted perfectly and it was really good. Pretty sure we found our go-to for fried fish!

I went back and grabbed a second drink so that I could meet the minimum. When the cashier checked the price, the total for the two drinks was $4.99. Even though it was only one cent short, she still refused to complete the transaction and told me that it was not $5. Honestly, this was extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary. Refusing a purchase over one cent, especially after I had already added another item to meet the minimum, is ridiculous and very poor customer service. The entire experience was unacceptable and frankly quite disappointing. I hope management seriously reviews this policy and how customers are being treated. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
