We were not able to get reservations on a Monday evening at 1900 for two people. We waited until a table was available and ordered the country chicken breast with steamed vegetables (substituted for mashed potatoes)(€34) that was served with sliced bread. While the food was tasty and nicely prepared, the price was much more than it should have been for such a simple meal. The service is friendly but not at all attentive. Sheraton should be able to do better.

Service was good, though they brought butter to the table after the bread had been eaten. I ordered a simple fish and chips and a glass of brut champagne. The waiter generously opened a new bottle as the current one didn't have any bubbles left. The main dish was simple and well presented; and being a connoisseur of sauces, the tarter was very delicious. I will say there are likely other grab and go good food options but I wanted a more quiet experience. This served well. It's way more expensive than it should be, twice the cost of similar restaurants outside the city. But, it's an airport and so therefore comes with an overcharged expectation.

It was going to be a very long day on the day I visited and wasn't in mood for sandwich, i wanted sit down restaurant food. Service was good, prompt, friendly, no complains here. Food - since I was in France, I thought they will serve better food. Soup wasn't flavorful, duck was dry. I was disappointed as I was eating yet again it reminded me that I was at the airport. Unfortunately, there isn't much options around.... As I was eating I remember some good resturant just outside the airport in Tremblay en France.... Thinking back, I think I had time to eat one of the resturant there instead of airport..

Brasserie Flo is well known in several countries for it's impeccable service and quality of food! Well, what to say about this particular restaurant? It's certainly up a level, but I have the same feeling with it as you get in hotel restaurants or other airport establishments; even though the service and quality might be outstanding, it's still not super 'cosy', warm, friendly, the atmosphere feels rushed and impersonal. This also goes for the service and food... Totally understandable though, they're dealing with travelers and quick turn over of customers. Nevertheless - still not bringing warm, fuzzy feelings to my idea. The service was quick, can't say much about that. The food came quickly, also no remarks about that. The wine was good, the quality of food in my opinion 'OK'. Not the best of Brasserie Flo that I've experienced in Reims or in Amsterdam... The carpaccio for example was drenched in lemon juice - I couldn't taste anything else aaaaai the acidity on my palet. Send the dish back, got one back quickly and no lemon whatsoever. All good, I like my meat but wasn't a yes-oh-love-it-give-me-more dish. The dessert, Oeuf a la Neige same thing. It was nice, don't get me wrong!! Just what to be expected of it so all good. The prices are Brasserie Flo prices, so be prepared to pay triple digits for a two-course meal and bottle of wine to share. Overall, it leaves me to three stars as I can't fully say that I'm a huge fan and yes, that has mainly to do to with the atmosphere, not unfriendly but also not the warmest friendliness in service.

The risotto were perfectly chewy, very umami and a nice comfort food before an in flight nap 5/5 Teriyaki Salmon: The other specialty of the house! (The risotto being the "side order" specialty of the house). I don't think I have ever had salmon so perfectly cooked. I didn't use any of the accompanying sauce because the salmon on its own was just dandy - melt in your mouth to be precise. 5/5 Complimentary bread was the only less than satisfying component of the meal - I had grown so accustomed to incredible French breads! These were hard little hockey pucks - I ate one just because I needed the calories for my upcming Norwegian flight. Overall this is an expensive option, yes, but you get what you pay for in this regard. I have never had a more satisfying airport meal. Tip is included in the charge, but the waitstaff will ask you if you want to add more. I added 3 euro more because I am easily badgered into giving away my money :) but that awkward exchange and the blah bread were the only downsids to the meal.

It took a while to get service; lunch was just starting and the place was immediately packed. Once my order was taken the food arrived very quickly. I've never had such delicious food in an airport, the chef's Michelin experience shows. I had the teriyaki salmon with a side of mashed potatoes for 29€. It was worth every penny to have had such a fine meal. The salmon was flaky and cooked a perfect medium, I liked the balance of sweetness in the teriyaki. I'm a sucker for some pomme de terres and their mashed potatoes were so so rich and creamy. I left very satisfied.

It was quite busy when we stopped by during a week day. We grabbed a table outside and they brought us menus (one in French and one in English). They also have WiFi if you need to google anything. I tried kir with black currant (French cocktail). It was nice and refreshing. I got one of the specials that comes with app, entree and dessert and hubs got a pizza along with escargot. The salad was huge! Enough to share. I love the bitter greens and the bacon along with crunchy croutons. The escargot were buttery and perfectly chewy. Grilled steak is pretty standard in Europe and it has a nice flavor, but fatty. The pizza was thin and grilled and I love the runny egg in the middle. The coffee ice cream desert was the perfect bite to end the meal. I enjoyed everything and the service was fab. What a gem! We would come back again next time we are here.
