I contacted 3 places for quotes, like I always do, and this spot replied first. They quoted me $250 for a valve replacement (standard price I got from all the places I contacted) plus they offered a 3-year warranty on their work. I went with them because they said they could come that night, and I had already had my water shut off for a couple of days by then (like my pool water was already getting cloudy, eek!). There was an issue with scheduling, and they said they ended up saying they would come the following afternoon between 3 and 5. They actually showed up closer to 5:30 or 6. So, I think the communication could have been better. But, they came and completed the repair (replaced the valve) in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail (about 30 minutes).

Mark and Dave arrived at the appointed time and completed the repair to my satisfaction. They are very friendly people, easy to talk to. Scheduled an appointment with Alexia and on day of appointment Andrey showed up on time. Explained everything what he needed to do to install sprinklers. Got new pvc pipes, new sprinklers, and irrigation valves. Andrey made sure my timer was working properly with the new sprinklers and made sure to cap/closed all electrical wires. Andrey came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He showed us how to easily check our sprinkler lines in the future. He even identified other drip line/pipe issues that were spewing water underneath our rocks that we hadn't noticed and he repaired those too at no extra cost! He showed me how to easily fix those leaks and what 2 or 3 materials to have on hand. So fast and easy. He was in and out within an hour. No issues since. He came up with a plan to address the issues without having to tear out our landscaping. He sent us a quote by the next day and quickly responded to our many follow-up questions. They arrived on time every day and even worked through the weekend to make up for some lost work time due to rain. Despite having to dig up big chunks of our yard and temporarily move plants, they put everything back together perfectly. The work was done beautifully, with a very nice concrete pour which closely matched our surrounding deck. They also redid our backyard sprinkler system, which really needed some (forgive me) TLC. Excellent work there also. These guys were efficient, on time and on schedule, and on budget. Working with this group has been a pleasure, and TLC is in our address book moving forward. I cannot recommend Tony and his crew any more highly.
