I don't write many reviews, and I'm certainly too much of a nit-picker to hand out 5 stars. But from the moment Jarrod showed up, he came to work. You could tell just by the way this guy walked that he wasn't here to waste any time and wanted to get the job done so that he wasn't charging me extra which seemed even more surprising to me because it was a Saturday. I was having a drain problem and he wasn't able to get it to drain with a snake and suspected I had a pretty bad plumbing problem and not a blockage problem and was going to recommend some one else to get a second opinion, but the people he associates with advised against coming out and charging me more money because if he wasn't able to get a snake 4 feet past the drain, they weren't going to be able to either and that also suggested to them that there was a plumbing issue. So the other tradesmen he works with are honest people. THEN, he wasn't going to charge me at all because he wasn't able to do anything. This dude just wanted to do right by me and holy cow man... I almost never ever encounter honesty like that from a business. I actually had to talk him into letting me give him a 75$ tip (I wanted to pay him the full service fee of 95$ but he talked me down!) because as far as I was concerned, he showed up, he put in hard work and knew what he was doing, and he was honest with me. And if we're honest with each other as people, we ought to do right by one another and I felt that this guy should be compensated for his work. I mean, thank goodness I'm renting (although bummer for the landlord) because it's not my problem the plumbing was done wrong from the get-go and Jarrod could identify several things that weren't quite right, but he didn't identify several ways that he could get extra money out of me or the 1 and only landlord I've found who isn't an absolute troll. If you have dealt with as many greedy people as I have, you'll appreciate what kind of a difference that is. We did manage to get the drain flowing normally in the end with a CO2 canister I got from home-depot that I was reluctant to use and wanted a plumber to take a crack at things first. If I ever have any other plumbing issues in any home I'm living in ever in the Golden or Denver area, I'm calling this guy. He was courteous, he was professional, and I could tell this guy was one of those fairy tale hard workers that our country likes to brag about, yet you rarely find any actual concrete examples of. read more

I had first heard of Jerrod and Royal Flush Plumbing through NextDoor. His name kept popping up. I ran into Jerrod when I saw his truck in a parking lot and approached him to say how I had heard of him and how I would be calling at some point because I had a leaky faucet. He looked at me and replied "I would love to fix your faucet!" - and, truly, he was sincere. I did end up calling him for an outside faucet issue. I reached his answering machine, left a message and he returned the call within an hour and set an appointment date and time for the next day. My husband gave him an explanation of the problem and received an oral estimate. The next day, Jerrod called about two hours before the appointment time, saying he had finished with his first client quicker than he thought and would I like him to come over early? YES! He came promptly with another employee and he inspected the faucet, the basement and assessed what equipment they needed. Equipment was purchased and they got to work. Not only did he replace the faucet, giving me one that I could actually turn off and on easily but also replaced the ELECTRICAL pipe that the previous owner had used for this water line with actual copper plumbing pipe. His total bill for the project was slightly lower than the estimate as well. If you are unlucky enough to need a plumber, then your luck has just changed for the better by finding Royal Flush Plumbing and Jerod. I had accumulated a number of issues i.e. "delayed maintenance" until they could no longer be ignored. Searched YELP, read the reviews and called RFP and spoke with Jerod. I sent him photos of my fixtures in need of repair, so he could come prepared. He took the initiative and contacted the mfg. (Kohler) which guaranteed their products for life and per his request Kohler sent the required parts, at no cost to me. The non-Kohler parts arrived with Jerod. All problems solved to perfection. He calls you personally. He tells you how much things will cost before he starts. That is the price you will pay. He is smart about plumbing and doesn't make careless mistakes. You will not be afraid to have him in your home. He is a good business man. Honest Fair and Punctual. You can't ask for more than that. read more

Jarrod is the man! I had a leak in my upstairs restroom causing water damage down in the basement. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly with him to come out and diagnose the issue. Once he came out to fix the issue, he replaced the broken pipe quickly. What made the experience so great and worthy of a 5* review were the little things. He was responsive and quick, not careless. He had to cut out a portion of my drywall upstairs and he was very intentional with his cuts so I was able to save the pieces he cut out and easily put them back in place so I could patch the wall later. It was great to not have to buy new sheet rock and cut it myself, things like that make such a difference. Highly recommended! read more

Jarrod is awesome and originally came to me as a recommendation from a friend. This is the 2nd time I've hired him. This time it was for a leaky toilet. He was able to get me in quickly and 100% fix the problem within 1 day's work. Jarrod has a lot of plumbing expertise and was great at explaining both the cause and resolution for the leak in detail. Stellar customer service and communication. Very cognizant to not make a mess in your home (even switching shoes out at the front door) and left my laundry room and bathroom cleaner than he found them. A co-worker told me about Jarrod and that he would get us taken care of quickly. Our water heater died and we were in quite a quandry as to how we were going to replace it since water heaters the size we had were not being made anymore and that it was located in our crawlspace. Jarrod had a solution for it, pulled out the old one, excavated to be able to install a new one and had us back in business. Awesome. He and Ricky did a great job, were fun and friendly, and did all the work for a good price. This was the first time we have dealt with a plumber and we were by far impressed. We have dealt with other types of contractors before and VERY rarely are they trustworthy, professional, and nice like Royal Flush Plumbing. We called Jarrod to replace a shower valve in our home. Jarrod put in extra effort to avoid having to cut into the tile in the shower. All we have to do is some minor sheet rock repair and the new shower hardware looks and matches perfectly. Jarrod works very hard. He pays close attention to detail and triple checks his work. He will not leave a job site until he is 100% certain that the work is complete and the customer is happy with what he has done. read more

We had Jarrod out to investigate a variety of leaky things and replace shower heads today-he was super efficient, prompt, friendly, and rates were extremely reasonable. One of the leaky things (dishwasher) turned out to be a problem with the appliance itself but he explained the next courses of action and lots of tips on how to navigate that work as well.
