While vacationing, we wanted to take out a shelter pup for a day. We ended up there about noon on a…read moreSunday and after accidentally walking into the cattery looking for an employee, we back tracked to where the pups were and ran into Shelby, whom was happy to let us walk though to choose a pup! Shelby helped us choose Hero/Edelman and got him outfitted for an adventure! We were able to keep him out a bit past their posted hours and chat with Shelby upon his return. We sent her photos and a quick bio - within a day, he was posted on their FB! We returned twice more within the week - taking out sweet Bacon for an adventure and Hero again right before he got adopted! The employees very clearly care so much about their animals and know their personalities very well! Both Hero and Bacon were very clean and very soft (seriously what do they give these pups to make their coats so lovely! Haha) and happy for a day out. The pup yard was clean. This is a wonderful place and I wanted to come to share our experience. We will be back to walk a dog next time in town. Thank you SAFE!

This means she lies under oath or she takes dogs out of loving homes only to give them away to just anyone. She treated the adoption more like a joint custody agreement from constant messaging to random pop ups at my house. I posted the court order from the judge but I'm not sure if she is able to delete it or not. Be careful adopting from her. I am devastated that my baby is gone!

My family recently adopted a black smoke Maine Coon kitten from them, and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we brought her home, she has been incredibly loving, gentle, and social -- especially with our little kids. It's clear she was well cared for and properly socialized. She also came already litter-box trained, which made the transition so easy. Her personality is exactly what we hoped for in a Maine Coon: sweet, curious, and affectionate. Karma Dog Training is a MUST for puppy owners! I went through their puppy kindergarten with my…read morelittle beagle (an infamously stubborn, difficult to train breed) and it was absolutely wonderful! It has really established Chloe's basics that I otherwise would have had a very hard time teaching her on my own. In fact, I am planning on continuing training with Karma Dog and enrolling my pup in their basic/intermediate classes. I have to talk about how great the trainers are. They do a stellar job of teaching each week's lesson and will give you individual attention if you and your puppy are struggling with the command. During the puppy socialization time trainers are able to answer questions about how to deal with little antics you are experiencing with your puppy. They are SO knowledgeable about all different breeds and behaviors. It was so comforting to know that there were people that I saw once a week that I could get advice from that was best for my pup AND worked!! Much of the advice you read on the internet on behavioral corrections is very punishment based. Karma is all about positive reinforcement and building a relationship of trust with your dog, which I love. I love that my little Chloe was able to start being socialized at such a young age in a clean, sanitized, safe environment with other puppies her size. They do such a wonderful job of sanitizing and keeping the area clean that I NEVER worried about her contracting anything after I saw the precautions taken. Socialization is so important and Karma does a great job of making sure that the puppies are gaining that skill by allotting a good portion of the session to it while still getting in a great lesson. Not to mention watching a room full of puppies play is just adorable. Karma Dog is also extremely accommodating. They will allow you to make up any missed classes or even re-take a class if you feel like you and your pup need a refresher on that lesson!! You also get access to an online portal of training material that is great! I seriously cannot say enough great things about Karma Dog Training!! I couldn't be more pleased with the results!!

After doing tons of research on the breed, I wanted to make sure I started off on the right foot. I decided to put him into socialization & training right away. I absolutely loved the style of the puppy kinder garden classes. There was a great mix of training and socialization throughout each class. During the puppy socialization parts, I was able to ask the trainers any questions that came up in-between classes. Puppies can be very difficult, and training can be tricky but Karma Dog gave me the peace of mind I needed to know I could do it. With their help, I was able to gain the confidence to teach my puppy the basics: sit, leave it (my favorite), stay, go-to-bed, how to not bite me like a zombie maniac, and a handful of other helpful commands. I will definitely be continuing the rest of the courses they have to offer! One more rid bit of information I think you yelpers would find useful. For almost a month, I believed my puppy was starting to have separation anxiety, crying in his crate NONSTOP. I was horrified. I work full time and didn't know what I could do to fix the sitaution. I called Karma Dog and ended up speaking to the owner Jeff. He was able to calm my nerves and it was an eye-opening and amazing conversation. We were talking with a very funny and kind man in the morning and as we were talking to him another lady walked in the man explained that we wanted the husky and was just waiting on the certificate so the lady went out of her way to go pick it up then and there and we got to bring home our little baby who we love so much!! I wish I got those employees names because they made our trip there even more special! We received a free check up and they even threw in a collar and a leash! Love this place!!

Her cats are all well kept, very loved, and exceptionally lovable! Kittens from various litters are all healthy and happy. Mama cats care for each other's litters and all were very friendly. The stud, Stumpy, doesn't have to wear a diaper like most male breeding cats. He has his own lanai with a big cat wheel he runs on delightedly. All in all, Terri impressed us with her cattery. As Sphinx owners, we have purchased from several breeders up north already. This place was remarkable in its cleanliness and care for the cats. We can't wait till the next batch of kittens is born and we can select our new baby! Call Terri if a Sphinx is your dream cat!
