I would not use this breeder to find your new best friend. I adopted (purchased) a wonderful Frenchie from her 2.5 years ago, and I unfortunately did so without doing my research beforehand. While I love him very much, he has severe neurological issues, which has been expensive to care for, but I am also deeply saddened to see him as he progressively gets worse. I sent a kind, but informational, text to this owner (Natalya), and her response was to give me a discount on the purchase of another Frenchie. I implored her to use better screening when breeding Frenchies...which I believe fell on deaf ears. I am concerned she is out for profit far more so than the health of the dogs she is selling. It appears to be highly irresponsible breeding. In hindsight, there were glaring red flags, like not being able to see the parents, and not being AKC registered. So I guess my suggestion is to go to an AKC registered breeder. Until this business engages in better, ethical breeding practices, and is approved through the AKC...I strongly suggest getting your new best friend elsewhere. All that said, I love my little special needs boy very much. But the root of his problems, as determine by many vet specialists, is poor breeding. read more

This is a breeder who truly cares about the pups and momma more than anything else! We had to wait for our little Marshmallow a little longer because Nataliya puts the needs of these pups above all else! She needed the time to gain the weight so she could be healthy enough to come home. Sure enough, we have a gorgeous, healthy Frenchie pup! We are so in love! Our Leo is almost 4 months now, he is the best and sweetest Frenchie...he almost potty trained only occasional accidents,very far and few in between. He's very healthy, has had not medical issues at all. He is very smart and is learning everyday. He sleeps in our room in his crate, he only gets up when we have to use the bathroom, we take him out and he will go straight back to his bed. This is an update to a previous review. I felt I needed to update my review because although we had issues and were frustrated with the situation, we couldn't imagine our life without our Gambit, and we couldn't have asked for a better Frenchie. The first few months were extremely challenging but we did finally get the parasites cleared and after a lot of trial and error, we have put our little boy on a recipe diet recommended by other frenchie owners and approved by our vet that has resolved all the digestive issues he was having. The diet has cooked ground beef and pork plus green beans, peas, carrots, cauliflower, peas, broccoli, black beans and kidney beans and an added powder supplement. We prepare it and freeze it every few weeks. Frenchies are known to have sensitive digestive tracts so I'm happy we were able to find something that works. Despite our difficult beginning, we absolutely adore our frenchie from Nataliyah (he's now a year and a half). He doesn't have any of the other usual issues frenchies are known for like breathing issues, skin issues, allergies, etc. He also tolerates the heat better than most frenchies as Nataliyah mentions on her site. Gambit is an absolute sweetheart, smart, and cuddly. He has a great temperament and just loves people and other dogs. He is well-behaved, and we were able to potty train him rather quickly outside of the initial diarrhea issues we had. He is great with our cat and other dogs. We take him to day care on occasion and he gets along with every other dog so they like to use him as a gauge for new dogs. If they can't get along with our Gambit, they can't get along with anyone. Basically, it was hell the first few months while we got his health back in line but we love Gambit so much and he's been so healthy overall that we would still recommend this breeder and wouldn't want to buy another frenchie from anyone else. He is a handsome little boy and we can't take him anywhere without someone complimenting him for being such a nice looking dog. We've been happy with him despite the initial challenges. read more

I had a great experience! My wife picked out a puppy online and we contacted the breeder from NC. Deposit was easy. What I really appreciated was the communication. We were sent pics and videos and updates on how our puppy was doing while waiting for us to come pick him up. I was in Jacksonville, FL on business. My trip got cut short by 6 days and at the last minute. She was very flexible and I was able to get the puppy that day! The puppy is healthy and has a great bite, meaning the jaws are lined up and there are little to no breathing issues. Our veterinarian was pleasantly surprised to see that in this breed. Great prices and great dogs. BUT we got Miley 1 year ago and we had the same issues with parasites for months, many different antibiotics and many emergency vet visits in the middle of the night. The parasites and diarrhea caused her to have rectal prolapses 4-5 times which is emergent and they had to do a small procedure every time. We eventually finally treated the parasite but our vet was worried about it occurring again because the rectal muscles were weak so we had to pay for an additional surgery called a Colopexy to help prevent it from happening again. She was very nice throughout the process of it all. Although we wish we could have gotten some of our money back considering she gave us the puppy with the parasites and prolapse. She really needs to try to clean better and prevent those parasites from recurring in future liters. We love our Miley and would have done anything for her of-course and as traumatic as her puppy life was, she is still just as outgoing and happy as can be. read more

I purchased a beautiful brindle pied pup, Louis(Lewie) about 2 weeks ago. He is so sweet and smart. I was very impressed by how the pups were housed. The pups are around all types of animals, children and people. My pup gets along with everyone he meets. Natalia has been very supportive and answers any questions I have about him and how to care for him in a timely manner. The only problem I've had with him was that his eye was red and inflamed the day I got him. I reached out to Natalia and sent pictures. She immediately tried to help and keep me satisfied.
