Never paid that before since using it. No signs stating the increase. Just totally disappointing. That's $12 more. Plus I like tipping the crew. But that's just not fair. Either I pay the 25% increase or tip the crew. One has to happen over the other. Can't do both. So I guess I will have to take my loyalty somewhere else.

They vacuum the inside, but there's no dash wipe-down unless you pay extra. The exterior gets a quick dry, and they almost always miss spots. Any kind of shine or plastic dressing? That's extra too after already paying over $30. If you politely point out missed spots, you're met with a stink eye instead of customer service. With a new car wash in town offering better value and service, it's only a matter of time before this place loses customers. At these prices and with this level of quality, they won't last long.

We paid $656, which feels completely overpriced for the quality of work delivered. I was told a single car usually takes 3 to 5 hours; however, the detailer spent only 5 hours total on both vehicles. If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average .
