You get to design items the way you want. My turkey sub was DELISH! I saw someone getting one of the biggest smoothies ever. It must have been at least 32 Oz. It took everything in me not to order one too. Unfortunately, my hips don't lie and neither does my stomach . So, I stuck to my little sandwich. The gas prices are normally a few cents less than what I find at other places. Each gas port has a lot of space in between, which I love, because you don't get stuck if you need to get around another vehicle to pull out. Can't wait until my next cheat day, so I can go back for a sandwich and maybe a smoothie. Just maybe.

He was a tall, thin, African man with an accent. As I was leaving the store, he called out to me, came outside, called me back into the store, and asked me to open my tote bag, which I did. He took my bag of chips which was a product that their store did not carry. He returned my bag of chips and DIDN'T BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE. He told me not to come to the store again when I did absolutely NOTHING WRONG. He thought I had been stealing just because he saw me in the store 1.5 weeks earlier and just because I was walking around the store in the present store visit. Since when is it wrong to walk around a store, then leave without buying anything? On a prior visit to this store, I left the store after changing my mind about my needs. As I was leaving, the cashier called me back inside. I stayed polite but I was irked that they were bothering me when I was trying to leave and go to work. If I need your help, I will ask for it. I am leaving because I am done. So, as you can see, TWICE, I have been heckled as I left this store. Each time, by a different employee, and the second time, falsely accused of stealing. I've noticed none of the other gas stations offer this kind of service in evict I've had a lot of bad experiences from surrounding gas stations. Also, every month they have really good promo's normally something offered for free or a bogo deal. Moral of the story is this total farms is the best in the area and doesn't get enough credit. One more thing, the gas prices are low but not the quality. I fill my tank up once a week. So I hate that rumor of "the gas prices are low so is the quality of gas".

So SASHA is / was MISTAKEN &, unfortunately, her penchant for publicly ARGUING with a loyal customer who has been here hundreds of times has now earned this place a bad review. What SASHA failed to understand is that if she'd simply done as requested (or, in her case, KNOWN what to do) I would have turned right around & spent that money AT that location but that's exactly the sort of unproductive, unpleasant, unprofessional and completely self defeating so-called "thinking" which tends to typify ignorant, uneducated, poorly socialized, marginally employed 19 year olds in this day & age & it's sad. For whatever reason the coupon was not working and cashier called the manager. Long story short the cashier basically just had a nasty disposition. The manager assisted as much as he could and I still was not able to make the purchase and that was fine with me. It was just the purpose of how the cashier displayed that the job was not even important to her. I don't expect any special treatment but, we all should be blessed to have whatever job we have. Jobs are just too hard to come by these days.

The manager on duty, who was standing there doing paperwork, acted like he was doing me a favor not charging me for the sliders when they didn't have pickle... "that's OK she hasn't made it yet so don't charge him". I handed the cashier a $20 bill for the lottery ticket. He walked over to the machine and printed the ticket, put my $20 on edge between the closest register to the lottery machine and some boxes of merchandise, went to his register and opened it, fiddled with change for a second, closed it and handed me my lottery ticket but no change. When I pointed that out he fiddled with his till again and shrugged his shoulders. I pointed to the other register, the cashier retrieved my $20 and gave me my change. The manager was watching as the incident unfolded but did not intercede. I go to Royal Farms, although not this one, frequently as I make deliveries around the city ... most have good customer service although they do seem to be lowering their standards. This is one of the really bad ones; dingy, small with a very few choices and very poor customer service.
