We were given a piece of paper, like a menu, that told us what each sausage was, ingredients used, and how it should taste. I ended up with a pound of BAUERNWURST (SMOKED, WITH MUSTARD SEEDS). Oddly, enough, my boyfriend and I also went to the German Christmas Village in downtown Baltimore and they were serving the same kind of wurst at their grilled meat stand. I thought that the ones we cooked at home were better. We paired it with German potato salad for dinner. It was delicious and satisfying. My mother also bought a pound of the same sausage, but now refuses to eat it because she says that it contains beef. There's no sensible reason for her not to eat beef. She just does it to be contrary. She's certainly missing out on a taste sensation. I asked her if I could have her pound, but she refused. She's complex. She also got some BREAKFAST SAUSAGE (NUERNBERGER STYLE W/SWEET MARJORAM AND SAGE) which she absolutely loved. I would really like to try other sausages from this shop, and the low cost makes that very much possible. Would recommend
