It can get fairly busy at times (so seating is limited through those peak moments) but overall solid place to meet, study, or do work. Usually a mix of students, residents and folks who work near by. My new favorite thing is just an iced vanilla latte with caramel cold foam. I recently tried cold foam for the first time (early April or late March) and I've been missing out! I tried at another establishment (which will not be named) ... and it's NOT the same. A sweet treat (as basic as I may be).
