I just had to brag that I love my dentist Dr. Roya and her incredible staff. I have been going to see Dr. Roya since 2009 and knew she was for me the moment she examined me. She is brillant in her work and I always leave with a bigger smile! Her team of hygenists and receptionists Tonia, Nicole and Sabin are so friendly and go the extra mile for me and I have noticed to all patients. The service is exceptional from being offered a bottle water to helping patients keep thier meter fed! What business would run outside for a patients car meteor? This Dr. will. Each patient is treated special and are happy to walk through the door. I didn't ever look forward to going to the dentist however going to see Dr. Royal is a pleasant and positive experience.She is friendly caring and gentle in examining and treating me. I tend to have sensitve teeth and she knows exactly how to prevent any discomfort. Her knowledge and expertise are impressive and she is so passionate in her work and it shows. I have been seeing Dr Roya for 6.5 years now, ever since moving to the area and needing an emergency appointment. I was referred to her by another dentist and family friend who was just outside of my commuting area. She was initially part of a larger practice and I did not hesitate to follow her when she launched out on her own. She has created a very thoughtful experience for patients, who feel more like family or friends when they come. From the stellar front office (Nicole and Sabine) to my excellent dental hygenist (you have to be pretty phenomenal for someone to rave about a dental cleaning!!) to Dr Roya herself- everyone is there for you & your dental health. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, clean but not sterile with some light music. Appointments are always timely and organized and they manage to handle all my questions/concerns at once from cleaning to night guard to retainer, etc. Dr Roya is both personally invested in her patients and also clearly loves her profession, making her excellent at it. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to the practice. read more

Harriet London, one of the hygienists at Dr. Roya's practice, has been diligently cleaning my teeth and maintaining my gums for 25 years, and has kept me out of the periodontist's chair all that time. When she moved to Dr. Roya's office, of course I followed her there (my husband did, too). We were so impressed with Dr. Roya's diagnostic skills, and with her reputation for excellence in execution, that we became her patients as well as Harriet's. Our teeth are very important to us, but so is the genuine warmth and caring of everyone in the office. Dr. Roya, Harriet, Sabina, and the techs take the sting (and apprehension) about having a root canal done. Imagine that! My husband and I are soon moving out of Massachusetts (about 800 miles away), but we will come back least once a year so that Harriet can get our teeth and gums whipped back into shape (because we doubt we'll ever find a better and more knowledgeable hygienist than her) and so that Dr. Roya can correct whatever needs fixing. Its hard to change dentists, no matter the circumstances -competence, cost and care from an unknown dentist can bring even the strongest of us to our knees. My first meeting with Dr. Roya not only calmed my fears and concersn but i walked out of her office smiling, without feeling self-conscious for the first time in 2 yrs.... it took her a whole 15 minutes to fix what i was told was unfixable. It was temp but her wonderful staff helped me develop a workable solution, soon implemented. Travel time to her office is 2+ hrs each way & i actually look fwd to it. I can't recommend Royal Dental enough. Never thought going to the dentist would be gd experience but i love seeing Dr. R, she is smart, interesting, competent and transparently professional - its just who she is. Also nice to see other patients smiling, relaxed and interacting with Dr, her staff and other patients like myself. My only regret is meeting her later rather than sooner. I rate Dr. Roya and her wonderful staff a 10+. read more

Roya has been an absolute lifesaver for me over the past year, following a fall that led to my needing a dental implant. She is incredibly skilled at her craft and really appreciates how important the aesthetics are when it comes to your smile. Over the course of my many appointments, she has kept my spirits up and always made sure I was satisfied with the results before I left the office. Even more importantly, she won't put you through any unnecessary procedures - she works with you to find the best solution and make sure your results hold up for the long-term. I've been a patient of Dr. Zandparsa for many years, as she is undoubtedly the best dentist I've ever had. Not only is she extraordinarily competent, but she's warm, genuinely caring and is the epitome of what great bedside manners should be. The office is clean and bright, and you can tell she invests only in state of the art equipment. She clearly invests in great people too because it's obvious that the staff really enjoy working there. It's evidently true: happy employees equal better service. I had the pleasure to sit in Dr. Roya Zandparsa's chair. I know everyone fears going to the Dentist and I did too. She made me feel very comfortable and so did her assistant. She did not do the one thing that I absolutely hate, and that is make me feel guilty about my flossing ( or lack of ). I will recommend her to anyone and everyone whenever I hear anything about teeth or dentistry. I also did not feel rushed at all. Also, she is a kind and sincere person. I never written a review before but I decided to make an exception for Dr Roya and Royal Dental Boston. I believe they deserve 5 stars (or more...) Dr Roya is a very talented dentist, she is friendly and I'm really impressed about how much she cares for her patients. Her stuff is very nice and competent too.
