Major disappointment for this mother & daughter duo. For a recurring service, clients are required to book a "deep clean" service at ~$200 for a 1500 sq ft, neat, uncluttered home. The deep clean service takes 4 hours for 2 adults yet basic tasks are minimally completed, in attempted at all. For example, floors were not cleaned, only dry mopped (why?), no sweeping, vacuumed area rugs yet missed/excluded hard surfaces. The two spent an hour on a small kitchen cleaning surfaces that were cleaned the night before as part of our family's daily dining process (we're exceptionally neat). One team member spent an ENTIRE hour (literally) buffing the front (sides are inaccessible) of our stainless steel refrigerator and 20 minutes on the stovetop (not the front), and microwave interior. Our interior windows now all have a white film that we will need to clean. The cloth used to dust furniture, countertops, etc. must have been used to wipe the windows. Ugh!
Soooooo disappointing. We really wanted to support this small business yet cannot engage a service that requires us to clean what we hired the business to do. Also, a little concerned about how taxes will be reported, but that's no longer our issue. Consider completing a walkthrough to review each of the services specifically requested before payment. That way, any issues can be addressed before the team departs. Also, be prepared to have cash on hand or pay via an app. Not my choice. We paid by check from a local bank for our recording-keeping process. read more
