Other than that-the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and everything in-between were pristine! It is nice not to have to tell a team what needs to be done-they just do it! They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I would recommend them fully and am confident they will get these last two minor items the next time they come work at our home.

It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

They did an excellent job - - - top-notch, nothing undone, no stone unturned. They have totally blessed me, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so much more confident now to host people in my home, knowing it is so clean. I have a young baby at home and didn't have the house prepped for this months cleaning (e.g. items on the floor, dishes in the sink, etc.) but the team still was able to both straighten up for me and do a thorough regular cleaning all in just under an hour. Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.

We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!

We just purchased a second home in NC. We live in AZ and so most of this has been done long distance which makes his good communication all the more vital! We had the entire wood floor sanded down and re-stained etc. Which left sawdust EVERY WHERE! We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring. He assured me they would take the utmost care to not scratch or ding anything. I totally believe him :) This is a small business which I totally respect and want to encourage the "American Dream".
