There seems to be a "members only" vibe, in that the members are treated with a great deal of higher customer service than the non members. Not a good way to gain new customers. We stood in line to order one night, long line, the pourer/server chit-chatted away for a good 10 minutes, when we made our way to the front to order the lady said the tasting ended at 6:00 for non-members, yet she had no problem cutting into our time with her additional socializing. Shared a 5 wine tastings and it got upgraded to 10. This is a quaint little winery that has spectacular whites and reds. Especially adore the Sauvignon blanc and their Tempranillo and Claret. Wonderful and knowledgeable service along with a Martha Stewart feel to the whole tasting concept. What a great find. Keep up the friendly service and we'll definitely come back. read more

Great little space! I loved every wine on the list, both white, red and desert. The workers are knowledgable about their products and gave us good tips on where to go next. They have other drinks, breads, pastries, dips, fruits and cheeses you can purchase to munch on with your wine. It's great for kids too! If you like light wines and a bit more, then this is your place. It is a wonderful winery to begin your day at. I got there right at 11am and we're the first to do a tasting. And the tastings are excellent and cheap, compared to what I am used to. I ended up buying more wines to take home than I should, but the hostess that day also made suggestions on where else we should go. Even giving us directions. The RoxyAnn Claret is my fave! Fun place to go and sample local wines. My only complaint - the service is hit or miss. Sometimes it is impeccable, and other times almost rude. But, it is mostly perfect :) Good prices, good wine. read more

They have a very cool easy-going ambiance, with lots of attention to detail. I felt the service was a bit cold. They also serve lunch there, we didn't have any, but it's available. You would think with a popular winery like that they would have benches that seat people in groups of more than 4....but they didn't. Still, this place is worth checking out. read more

Enjoyed a really nice and relaxing wine tasting at RoxyAnn. Our sommelier was Cherie, who was friendly and courteous while easily demonstrating her excellent knowledge of the wines offered. While the Claret and Malbec were our favorites, all of the wines were really quite good. The atmosphere was inviting, with everyone having a fun time at the winery. Really nice wine and wine tasting room. Some really nice wines. This negative review is based on our experience in the wine tasting area. Our group was repeatedly assaulted by loud crashing of boxes or cases of wine dropped on to tables or boxes thrown down the stairs, as one short haired blonde female employee worked. She also spoke so loud we all four were distracted to the point of uncomfortableness. We waited at the bar for our last tasting for over 10 min. with one of us holding a $20 wanting to buy a bottle. We were not acknowledged, while several new guests arrived and were served. We opted to leave, confused and disappointed, before we finished our tasting. read more

We drove down from Eugene heading towards Ashland. This was a must stop for me because this is home to my favorite Oregon wine. It is difficult to find in Eugene and I planned to purchase a few bottles of the Claret. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful setting and attractive tasting room. We sat down and paid $5 (each) to taste flight. As expected the Claret was delicious, but the surprise was the Pinot Gris. Ended up buying a few bottles of that as well. One of the tasting fees was waived when we bought a few bottles. read more

Went to the winery for Salsa Dancing night. Since we arrived later the wine tasting was finished so we ordered a bottle of the Claret wine. Nice blend wine with smooth finish. We also tried a glass of the Pear wine. We told the sommelier that it was a little too sweet to enjoy multiple glasses but were informed that others had mixed this varietal with Pinot Gris. Will try this when I get home. Since I am not local to the area I will be ordering the Claret, Petite Syrah, Pinot Noir and Pear wines to enjoy this summer. read more

I and my friends stopped at the winery two times. Both times the winery was busy, but we did not get any decent service. The workers were not answering any questions. Went to RoxyAnn for the first time on Wednesday, June 16 with a group of friends. The woman who helped us was patient and helpful as the five of us first-timers tried to figure out which wines to buy. Melissa, however, was RUDE! Not sure if she's the tasting room manager, but she was not a nice person: rude, sarcastic, and snapped at a member of our party. She also made sure to let everyone standing by the counter know that the woman helping us out was leaving in 5 minutes and that they would be short staffed. Bad day, Melissa? Was it the winery guests fault that you didn't do a good job with staffing on a night featuring live music? Whatever you were going through last night, Melissa...please don't take it out on the customers - especially those visiting the winery for the first time! definitely my favorite winery in southern oregon! the tasting experience was phenomenal, mostly because of the people who run this place - they are spectacularly nice! they are really good about giving recommendations depending on your palate, and pairing some of their wines with a little something to enhance the wines (i.e. chocolate, nuts, etc.) on a related note, it is absolutely worth getting the fruit/wine platter. it only adds to their wines and the experience so much more! note: try the claret, and velocity! read more
