They accommodated me and asked that I be there between 8 and 9 am. I didn't show up until 9:15. They were busy when I arrived. So I said I would come back. Rob not only stopped what he was doing but did the troubleshooting and had brake lights working in about 15 minutes. Rob Nordin, who is the owner, was very friendly. I took out a check book and he insisted that his time and effort were on the house. He only asked that the next time I needed service for the car, that I consider his shop.
