It's located across from a small hospital and has a very large parking lot. I was able to check in seamlessly through the app with my requests for certain room type honored. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Luckily I was placed on the quiet side away from the freeway. I had no issues and I look forward to staying again. Raising the rate is the price of doing business with large companies. Money is all that matters. Maybe drive a little further to teach these companies we wont tolerate price gouging.
