Called the salon the next day and asked them to fix it. Went in later that week and showed the same pic to a new colorist. I came out looking like the little mermaid. I will say it was fun for a minute, but, again, not what I wanted. After almost a month of living with it, I needed it fixed. It faded drastically and looked like 6 months of grow out. It was horrible! I called Lisa, at The Beauty Spot, and explained my situation. They were booked until December. I asked if she could take my name and number for an earlier cancellation. She said she would talk to her team and call me back. Within minutes, she called back and gave me Randi's number. I messaged her with pictures of my hair. She was able to schedule me, three days later, to fix my color. The day of my appt, I showed Randi the color I was going for. I'll be honest, I was nervous and praying the third time was the charm for my hair color. Randi was awesome! She took a few minutes to really look at my hair to see what was done. I think she sensed my nervousness and explained what she was doing. She told me it would be a two step process to fix. Randi was super cute and wouldn't let me watch. Moses was so great- he shampooed my hair and really took his time. And then kept the length on my hair but added long layers and curtain bangs.
