They gave no option that I could be seen at a little later but just, "sorry, we cannot see you today." I asked if they could check the other locations they said there was no availability. The lady that called mentioned that they would comp me my next visit, but sorry, customer service here is not up to par and won't be returning to ANY Dry Bar locations. Very unprofessional, could've called me earlier and not wait 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I was on my way to an event and thank goodness was able to find another salon that could accommodate me at such the last minute.

During the haircut, she was asking me many times to make sure that I was comfortable with process because I was getting the new style. Even bottom areas of my hair still showed after maths of bleach damage and tendency to flaring out, with her haircut technique my wild hair was pretty much contained and looked excellent! Other times we are so drunk we fall out off the seat that's under us, but getting up from Joslyn's chair is an extraordinary feeling. Joslyn, an independent hairdresser at Salon Blanc, is unlike any other hair stylist that I've been to. I stepped into blanc for my 10am appointment and was welcomed by the girl at the front desk. I was seated and offered water and coffee. The wait was non existent...it looked like I was the first appointment of the day. After a few minutes of sipping my coffee and browsing through some magazines Joslyn greeted me and walked me to the changing room. I changed into what looked like a fancy, silk kimono I was given a shampoo and head massage so good that it almost put me to sleep. Joslyn sat me down and took a look at my hair and kindly gave me advice on what would look good. The way that Joslyn talks about hair is like listening to a Somalis talk about wine, It's pretty interesting. In the end, my hair came out to be nothing less than perfect and I get comments about it almost everyday. Tiara is very punctual and I never have to wait more then a few minutes after my appointment time. It's super easy to schedule with her by text and she's very accommodating! I'm out in the sun and I sweat a lot so the blowout only lasts me about 3 days BUT if your at a desk job, in air conditioning or have some good dry shampoo the blow out would definitely last 4 to 5 days. Tiara uses good products and works quickly so I'm never concerned about hair damage or poor results!
