They still do all the cooking in the food trailer out front and bring it in to the tables. They serve some Tex Mex, Burgers, Hotdogs and wings from the looks of their menu. The back page of that menu is chock full of Raspas and milkshakes. They started us off with fresh tortilla chips and a salsa verde that had a nice kick! Very tasty!!! The wife and I ordered a Valley Dog which is a 1/4 pound all beef hot dog served with their Three Bean Chili, onions, Crema and a few other ingredients I can't recall. It was very good. The dog in particular rivaled any other dog I've ever eaten. As a combo it came with fries and a drink. Others in our group ordered tacos. One ordered the Birria Tacos and said they were LOADED with juicy, tender Birria meat and he loved the consume that was served with it. A couple others in the group ordered the Variety Taco plate with chicken and bistek tacos. Everyone seemed to like their meals except one person that seemed to have burned her mouth on the salsa verde and wasn't enjoying her meal. I DID warn her that the salsa was pretty hot as I know she has a low tolerance for spice/heat. The other member of our group ate the Valley fries which are loaded with a whole lot of things like chili, salsa, crema, avocado.... He polished off that order in pretty near record time lol. Prices are reasonable enough as our two Valley Dog Combo meals came to $24 with tax. Next time I might try some wings or maybe those Birria Tacos... it all looked so good.
