D Rick's ownership must do something about this issue immediately or they'll lose all of their clients.

The toast was kind of buttered on one piece but not the other and only one piece was slice diagonally. The other was not sliced through. The pancakes were cool when I received them. Even the butter on top didn't melt. Plus they were tough. I remembered why I seldom go to a Denny's when I began eating the food. So 4+ for service and 1 for the quality of food. I won't be going back. The only reason I went there was because my usual small family owned restaurant was shut down because they had a water leak and were closed for a few days. Lesson learned. Plus my meal with OJ was nearly $19! Usually my meal with OJ is about $12 and much better quality.
