But I digress...... I've like Mike's sandwiches for years and this location is no different than the other Mike's I've frequented. They all have the same menu, their ingredients are all the same. So, in the end, it's the staff that can make or break a store in my opinion. I walked in the very first week of operation; their Grand Opening. The manager and his assistant were present and greeting customers. There were lots of staff, many being trained in their new positions. So, as you'd expect, the process was a little slow as compared to most days. Still yet, my sandwiches were expertly put together. I still continue to frequent this location and the sandwiches are always excellent. Most times I order and pay on the app so when I arrive a short time later my order is sitting on a rack up front just for take out orders such as mine. Or Grubhub, etc. To date every order has been complete and accurate. You can't ask for more than that. I'll continue coming to this location. It's the best sandwich shop in the area as far as I'm concerned.

I had seen plenty of commercials of Jersey Mike's and each time I saw how they prepared their…read moresandwiches with "the juice"...it made me crave some Jersey Mike's. Well they definitely don't disappoint...I've tried several of their sandwiches, hot and cold and each time they have been delicious. They seem to have their own brand of meat and they don't slice the cuts until you order the sandwich, so it always tastes fresh. I remember once with Subway I had chicken breast that was stone cold in the center because they ship it frozen and simply reheat it...not Jersey Mike's. Jersey Mike's keeps it simple with their toppings as well...lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo...and "the juice". Something so simple as red wine vinegar with olive oil and some salt pepper...the right combination and the sandwich pops. They also have chipotle mayo or ranch if you do a hot sandwich. And their crispy bacon goes perfect on anything.... Jersey Mike's wins out over places like Subway or Schlotzkys....if you're craving a satisfying sub and don't want any gimmicks, Jersey Mike's is definitely the place for you

My wife wanted something light for lunch so I suggested we try the chicken salad factory in Donna. The staff Ed helpful and friendly I ordered the scoop salad which comes with 2 scoops of your choice of chicken salad choice of spinach, or greens one mix of both and saltines or jalapeño cornbread muffins I selected the signature factory chicken salad and creamy cilantro avocado chicken salad with a mixture of both greens and spinach along with some saltines they scoops were quite small just a little bigger than a melon scooper and was given just. Full scoop of each the signature factory tasted like an average chicken salad nothing special while the creamy cilantro avocado had more avocado and bland chicken taste to it than anything i couldn't taste any cilantro and it needs to be seasoned my wife ordered a famous Waldorf chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread but I don't know how that ended up for her as we picked up and I brought mine home and she had hers at work. Not sure if I would return because the portions are kind of a Let down compared to other similar restaurants in the area and the food was not as flavorful Ias I expected it to be.

The sliders weren't that small for having 2 in the order but we still finished it all. I wasn't super excited about a Kale Slaw being on the slider but it was actually pretty good and didn't have too much of a "kale taste". I don't do great with spicy but the medium spice level wasn't too much at all. It added flavor without being overpowering, which is exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly and the dining area was clean. We would definitely come back.
