One of the bartenders asked how his drink was and he said it wasn't great but he would drink it. The middle aged blondish female bartender stepped in and said "You ordered a non alcoholic mojito, it's basically just lemon juice and seltzer water. You are a fucking child." I understand everyone has bad days but that is unacceptable and you chose to work in customer service so at least try to be decent to your customers instead of being rude with the first words that came out of your mouth. We closed our tab and walked out without even finishing our drinks. We will definitely not be going back there ever again. The young man was a very nice guy but the customer service we received from the middle aged lady was enough to leave and never come back.

There was a 3-4 man crew running sound and lighting. The lighting is the best I've seen in any club near this size. I'm the type of person that usually doesn't even notice lighting. However, it's hard to ignore here. It's so dynamic and so well done! Anchorage is much larger than tiny Sandpoint, and we don't have anything close to this! They had a small selection of beer, but they make it count: most are local. This place was also filled with beautiful people. I had no idea that Sandpoint was located on the fertile nesting grounds of the North Idaho Fox. There's an upstairs balcony, but, unfortunately, that'll set you back an additional $10.

Swamped or not, the sandwiches come out in a good amount of time. I think the name of the best one was The Boss. They also have the best tomato soup ever! We loved it. Havnt had the best experiences with him nor does he give the best customer service, and it doesn't seem like he really knows what he's doing. The cocktails aren't consistent and are overporn. We were seated far from the windows which was really the reason we always travel the ~140 mile round trip over from Hope, ID for to see the tamarack's in the fall golden colors. We ordered and there had been a large group seated and they re-arranged the tables to accommodate them beside us. They were very loud, so much so that my wife and I seated beside each other couldn't hear anything. Our appetizer came and the mains were delivered ~1 minute later. We now had a choice eat the appetizer and let the mains go cold or eat the appetizer. I really wanted to just ask the waitress to box up our food so we could get the hell out of there but we shut up ate the cold food, paid the tab and on the way out found guests seated in the nice quiet main dining room. My family vacationed together at Priest from 1957 to 1968 every year without fail and we were in and around Hill's regularly over those years and ever since. Often we go over and stay a weekend or just drop in for a meal. The prices have steadily gone up and IMO the facilities, food and service have been steadily going down. Today, forever iced the cake we won't be gong back, sad.

We were staying at Hills and there is almost nothing in the area that is open in the winter. We visited Mille's for lunch and saw she was having a band Saturday night. When our buzzer finally went off, she rudely told us that we had to be split into 2 tables. I responded that we had already waited longer than we were told and that a larger party who came in after us had already been seated. She rudely told me "well we are busy". When I made a comment that she as was speaking rudely to us, she snapped the buzzer out of my hand and told us to leave that we were no longer eating there.
