Several times I have stopped there, written down exactly what I wanted with my contact number. I was promised a return call after they spoke with their distributor, but no call ever came. The last instance was three weeks ago. I waited two weeks and nothing. So, last week I returned to the store to see what happened. I was greeted with a defensive, woke attitude and non-sensical excuses. Worse, they couldn't even find the order I had written. Again, I was promised a call on the following Monday, 3 days ago and again nothing. The bottom line is when you make a customer a promise you need to keep it, especially when you've broken promises in the past. A good company with good customer service would first apologize, then work hard to rectify the situation. Yet, no apology was ever provided and quite obviously, the situation was never rectified. I don't patronize businesses that possess distain and indifference to their customers and you shouldn't either.

What a great space for a great lunch…read more Visiting Idaho for the first time ever, went here for lunch for Father's Day. The inside is so cute and we had such a beautiful day we chose to sit outside (it can get cold outside even with it being sunny so bear this in mind if you choose outside) Service was great! Our server was so nice and attentive, took great care of us. Ordered the grown up grilled cheese and it was AMAZING. I will have to try making this at home one day. Would happily come back
