Several times I have stopped there, written down exactly what I wanted with my contact number. I was promised a return call after they spoke with their distributor, but no call ever came. The last instance was three weeks ago. I waited two weeks and nothing. So, last week I returned to the store to see what happened. I was greeted with a defensive, woke attitude and non-sensical excuses. Worse, they couldn't even find the order I had written. Again, I was promised a call on the following Monday, 3 days ago and again nothing. The bottom line is when you make a customer a promise you need to keep it, especially when you've broken promises in the past. A good company with good customer service would first apologize, then work hard to rectify the situation. Yet, no apology was ever provided and quite obviously, the situation was never rectified. I don't patronize businesses that possess distain and indifference to their customers and you shouldn't either.

The middle aged blondish female bartender stepped in and said "You ordered a non alcoholic mojito, it's basically just lemon juice and seltzer water. You are a fucking child." I understand everyone has bad days but that is unacceptable and you chose to work in customer service so at least try to be decent to your customers instead of being rude with the first words that came out of your mouth. She starts laughing at him and making fun of him for being angry. She then takes their drink order and, you guessed it, when on to other things, really nothing, but she tries to look busy somehow. i come up and asked for more beer, so she actually poured their beers since she was going to come over to this area of the bar, and then gave them the beers. Example #3: At this point, i had ordered food when i ordered the first beers, not knowing what was in store art that time. 20 min goes by, 30 min goes by, and i ask her (understand that the kitchen is open in the bar area, so you can see the cook doing nothing). I asked about it, and she goes over and tells him, so he starts to cook it at that moment. 45 min after i ordered i get my burger. Remember that there is hardly anyone in there Example #4: we had enough and wanted to leave. I see her across the bar, but she ignores me for 5-6 minutes. Finally, i just said really loud, "Please give me my bill!"...she acknowledged that but stood around and doesn't give it to me for almost 15 minutes, not exaggerating, even though I kept asking (crickets from her)...my friend comes in and yells at her, which of course made her laugh and make fun of him. My friends and i talked about this and we've experienced bad and slow service, but nothing like this, ever. Really ruined my afternoon.
