I have been going to Outlaw since February 2025 and love the FitCamp classes and personal training…read morethat they have. Both the classes and personal training are 30 minute sessions, so it's easy to fit the time into my day. The FitCamps target a different area of the body each day, like arms & chest on Mondays, Wednesday is leg day, etc. And the coaches are all great. They each bring their personalities to class and they know each member. I love how they will bring you a higher weight choice if they feel that you can lift more. I find this motivating not intimidating. My personal training coach is Madison Sandvig, I see her twice a week for 30 minutes each session and she always has a great workout ready for me. Because of her, I have toned up, lost weight & inches and have reached new personal bests! She brings the right amount of energy and holds me accountable, which is exactly what I need. It's a great community and I'm so happy that I found this "hidden" gem.

Definitely a judgement free zone like the previous review states. They have a such a large variety of gym equipment more so than other gyms in the area. They're open 24/7 and they have an app where you can just scan yourself in and the price point you can't really beat.

Big intimidating muscle men. But this is the best environment ever. Like you think planet fitness is a judgment free zone you need? This place is judgment free & a giant team wanting to see you grow. I love this gym soooo much. Everyone wants to see you do your best and push you!!!! CAMRON!!!!!!!! The best ever trainer I will never let him go. Ladies! I thought I'd hate a guy trainer but he's everything you'd want in a trainer I swear! Not touchy, very professional but we had awesome fitness & non fitness conversations. Very very knowledgeable about the craft, honest and friendly, he's approachable and he will push you to get to your goals. 500/10 highly HIGHLY recommend. I did have interactions with other trainers, Brayden and Jeff, both very awesome. Although they where not my trainers I would recommend them as well! They are some of the many that made me feel at home at the gym. 200/10 recommend them boys. Also I don't know her name but she was a trainer I believe, it was just me and her there and she was leaving, she asked if I felt comfortable being alone or if she should stay. Like who does that? They care, they are awesome. Even if she wasn't a trainer these are the type of people who come here. Now back on to the gym. Thinking about going to planet fitness? Fitness connection? 24hr fitness? Blink fitness? Gross don't go. This is your sign! This the gym for you. They have every equipment you'd need, PLUS it's cleaner than them nasty places, PLUS ya get awesome people to be around, PLUS it's just better I promise. And if you don't like it well something is wrong with you:)

I joined this gym shortly after my husband. I worked with coach d for 30 min 4x per week for 5.5…read moremonths. I paid for 6 months in advance for accountability to myself. I started out training at 4:30pm. 8 weeks in D asked me to switch to a later time slot & switch my training days around so that she could start taking Fridays off. It was hard to swing with my kids sports but I accommodated her. She eventually switched it back months later after she started seeing clients Friday again & I brought it up to her. Things were good & I was loving the Saturday group. The workouts were all over the place instead of focusing on form we focused on rep counts & had 10-30 sec recovery between sets. Progressive overload was only tracked on a couple exercises & even that was inconsistent. A few months in my husband gets a call from Neil stating D feels uncomfortable around him because he looks at her too much in between sets. I told D that was hard for me to believe he was checking her so much that it would make her uncomfortable with her husband & other clients in the same room. Neil was immediately very apologetic & jumped thru hoops to get us to stay even offering to train me. D clearly wasn't happy that I didn't "take her side" but agreed to keep training me to fulfill my contract.Things were awkward at first but she never mentioned it again. Weeks from renewal D sent home a renewal packet & told me to return it whenever & neil told my husband we didn't need to fill it out unless we were renewing. Then Friday D says I can't workout until I sign the liability form. I was caught off guard & asked why I had to sign it right now when that's not what was said earlier this week and that I didn't feel comfortable just signing it without reading it. This upset D immediately. I took three mins and read thru it & signed it. She was clearly upset with me for questioning her but didn't say anything else. About 10:30 pm that night she text me a long explanation about how she was firing me for being disrespectful and uncoachable. And then proceeded to bring up my husband again now changing her story to him following her into a storage room for trash bags during an event at the gym with members and their families and how inappropriate it was. When I asked for a refund of our remaining contract she refused stating they have a sign on the wall "no refunds" and that I allegedly signed a contract stating that as well but refused to produce a copy of the contract I supposedly signed. After asking multiple times how I was ever disrespectful to her she responded with it was more that I was unapproachable and didn't open up to her enough and she was there to heal trauma and train my mind and spirit in addition to my body. Never once in the 5.5 months of training did she say she was unhappy with my level of commitment to her program. Looking back on it all now I should have seen this coming from a mile away. Every week she would tell me about everyone's personal lives which is probably why I was reserved in opening up to her. From someone's husband treating them horribly & how she should just leave them to someone being too obsessive about exercising and how it got on her nerves to someone feeling very insecure in there body like they would snap in half no matter how much they tried to gain muscle to complaining about other clients lack of commitment to diet or how so and so drinks far too often and that's why she will never see real results to how a client is a weak man & is such a sissy his wife begged D & Neil to help get him committed to working out to try to make him more manly. The list goes on & on. D also showed revealing personal progress pictures that I sent to just her because she was my coach to other clients without my permission. After being fired I was made aware of other clients who had very similar experiences to mine and my husbands. It's a shame because the community of people that attend this gym are truly wonderful people. Something I will genuinely miss. I highly recommend you look into a gym other than Garage Gym.

There's also a 6 month commitment after signing up. Since I can't skip I don't want to waste my money so I asked to cancel my membership. They told me it's a $200 fee because my membership automatically renewed.... I just hit my 6 month mark.... Honestly just money hungry people that lock you in to a membership and would rather you infect their studio with Covid than help you out and let you skip a month. Just find another studio. Edit: I woke up this morning to a $200 fraudulent charge from the hook on my account after leaving this review. I also left this same review on google and they responded with pure lies trying to save their image. They said my membership renewed 3 months ago which is not true. My membership is set to renew this month in a few days and they refuse to cancel without the $200 fee. This company acts like they are women supporting women but all they do is promote body dysmorphia and steal your money. Second Edit: Just want to put out there the love and support I received in the last message from the hook. They stole $200 from me without my permission and Ive said nothing since this happened last week... just now I get a message telling me to move on then she instantly blocked me. Honestly I know they are trying to cover themselves to prove they were in the right but it just further proves my case that they don't care about you and just want your money.

I travel here frequently and needed flexibility in my membership with pauses and the sales guy made special terms for me.
