The next visit, I was greeted and assisted by multiple staff. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and great at remembering names! I love the atmosphere and lighting of the studio. They definitely maintain the location very well. Everything was organized and clean. My first ride, I loved the use of the weight bar in between cycling. I also enjoyed Nora and Isaiah's classes. While I didn't enjoy the connect class (too much choreography to follow!) I loved the playlists and energy. Would I return? for sure!

The studio has a modern, upbeat vibe with energizing music, and an overall sense of community. They go out of your way to feel welcomed and check-in with you consistently! Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned rider, the instructors make everyone feel seen and supported. They're not only passionate but genuinely care about your experience. I've gone several times now and can't keep waiting to keep coming! Every ride feels like a party -- think high-energy playlists, motivating coaching, and just the right mix of challenge and fun. You leave feeling stronger, happier, and totally recharged. Highly recommend for anyone in the Ashburn area looking to add some joy and sweat into their fitness routine! Like Tyler always says, no egos in this space! Just pure fun, adrenaline, and community! Highly recommend the 5:30 pm ride on Fridays! The energy is different!

Even better is that I can see results in the mirror and when I slip on my clothes. I used to work out in a gym on cardio machines but it didn't do a thing for me. These smaller mom classes are so much better. So far I've gone to classes taught by Kathy and Janet, both are excellent. The only thing I don't like about Studio PinkFit is the distance, I have to trek out there from Centreville. It would be nice if they were closer like in Chantilly or if they sublet through a space like Centreville Dance Academy.

I had never been to this particular location before, and given the area demographics, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I actually really enjoyed the class and got one of the better Sculpt & Flow workouts I've had in a while. The class was pretty packed for 8 AM on a Sunday, but we worked so many different things and I burned more than 400 cal. The instructor was just super nice overall and did a great job motivating quotes and also demonstrating the moves. If you've been to a YogaSix before, it's the same jam: Flow water dispenser, restrooms, one studio room, decent heat. I would def return.

So I've been coming to Oak for about 2 years now officially in May I believe. I don't know why it's…read moretaken me this long to write a review but here it is... This is not your typical gym. And I know that may be a cliche but it isn't. This is a community gym. The atmosphere is kind and supportive no matter who you are or your fitness level. For reference I am a 30 year old woman and have friends here that are twice my age. I've never felt pressured, bullied or creeped out once. Now let's talk about the staff... Brent. Brent, is the manager and has been since I joined. He has built a wonderful team and as far as I can tell a pretty positive work environment for everyone. He always remembers my name despite the fact that I've hardly ever worked with him directly. Wendy. Wendy is exceptional with members and our community. She always waves and stops to talk to me when she passes. And I'm pretty sure she knows everyone at this point :) I've made friends with many of the trainers here and so will you. Let's see who we've got... Zoe. Zoe is someone I've known for two years now and have actually become close friends with. She is without a doubt the nicest woman I've ever met. She knows a lot about running and cardio, so if you've got the thrill for a race she is your girl! Dan. Dan is a character and who many people turn to for advice about basic movement mechanics and health. Oh and he is pretty much athletic in everything. Just ask what he does in his free time. Haha Chris. Chris is a rockstar. He does classes in the early mornings along with a few other trainers and is consistently a happy guy. He will always try to make you laugh...don't tell Dan I said that. Stacy. I don't know Stacy very well but I know she works hard and is an early bird that loves to run. She has always been very sweet and kind towards everyone. I can't list all the people that make this place great but these are definitely the people that have influenced me the most. For the first year at Oak I worked out almost every day and every day I was greeted with the same kindness and support. Without that I'm not sure I would have stuck out with my journey. I can now do 5 pull ups in a row, deadlift over 220lbs and hip thrust over 300lbs. These are just a few of the goals I've set and reached for myself and I'm so glad I was able to accomplish them in such a place as Oak. If you have toured the place you already now how clean it is and that there are countless showers and lockers to choose from. Equipment is kept clean and ready to use. I hardly see a broken piece of equipment. And if I have it doesn't stay broken for long. Not all gyms are great so if you thought this place doesn't have enough to offer I think I can gladly state that it does. So if you are thinking about joining please don't hesitate. It's worth it. Generally clean, decent array of equipment and amenities, and usually friendly staff. Over time, I did think sometimes equipment took a bit long to repair, and the lack of simple basics like paper towels in the bathroom was something I wished they had. I also just found myself having to wait on equipment way too frequently, even when the gym wasn't that crowded because they only have one version of some machines and they have a much older crowd at this gym that likes to just sit there talking or scrolling their phones and doesn't seem very serious about working out. Having to navigate the One Loudoun traffic and parking garages also felt like a chore sometimes. At the end of the day, if this gym were a little cheaper I might have considered renewing after my initial term. But it's 1:1 the same cost as the brand new OneLife in Ashburn that has way more equipment + dozens of locations, open space, aquatics, recovery room with compression, red light, and hydromassage, towels included, and more, with a convenient parking lot only one exit farther down Route 7 to boot. I've actually seen 20+ regulars I knew from TFE now working out at OneLife so I think most of the serious gymrats have picked up on the fact they can get more for their money and jumped ship.
