When we go to the Chandler location, he just loves Carly. I can't say enough about this place. Boarding, day care, training, dog park inside for summer months. It's awesome.

I boarded my small Pomeranian for 3 days and they promise that they give them a full bath before pickup. When we picked up our dog and proceeded to load him into the car, we noticed he was completely covered with poop in the back and legs. I understand accidents happens, but you can tell that he's been soiled for a while because his entire tail and butt was inflamed and it was dried on him pretty good. We brought him right back in and the person working the counter just rubbed him down with a towel, which caused more inflammation. We asked if they can just go hose him down in the back and they said it is a good idea, but didn't do it. So we ended up taking him home and having to give him a full bath. My dog is crate trained, when there is an accident, he sits far away from his accidents. This is complete negligence from the facility. I sent a message, and the manager offered me a free bath. After the incident, there is no way a free bath will rectify the situation. I ended up having to take my dog into the vet to get him checked out for the inflammation and he was lethargic and stopped eating and drinking water. That doubled the amount of what I paid for boarding. On top of this, when we were touring the facility, it seems odd that they say they put small dogs together, but the day of when we dropped him off, they told us that he will be in with a group of mixed big and small dogs. They never really show you the separation of the groups. There is only one window to show you where the dogs are. Other facilities I've toured, they always have a separate area for dog sizes. I should have trusted my gut on this place, but the reviews were positive, and location was close by. Make sure you do your due diligence.

I'd be a client for 5+ years with multiple dogs aka had spent tens of thousands with them, and I was treated with distain over THEIR mistakes that I have moved to a different vet. They also lied about Dr. Hoppe leaving and gave a very sexist answer to prevent clients for searching for what client she moved to. Overall, huge bummer, and will not be returning even though it is very convenient to see them. I will add, out of at all the vets left since I started going there, Dr. Smith is an excellent vet and would recommend her. I just recommend the practice with the horrible front desk practices (they cancelled my apt when I was 10 min late despite their policy being 15, misscheduled me and didn't put on reminders so I had no idea and showed up for an appointment that didn't exist but that I had properly put in my own calendar that they scheduled for a different day, general rudeness when I was very nice but firm about the issues, etc.) and a couple of the other male vets messed up some items (one failed to DX one of my dogs with Valley Fever when she had it, which led to a delayed DX, which led to a torn ACL, another did surgery in a strange way [verified by another vet] that caused a very negative reaction for my dog), so overall, the 2/5 instead of 1/5 is because they used to be much better & because Dr. Smith is a very talented vet.

Looking for a local groomer to help with nail trims and this spot popped up with high reviews…read more Booked online and got in same day. The shop is small but I was drawn to the cageless grooming so dogs aren't kenneled the whole time. Aniyah took time putting the loose dogs behind the gates so they could test taking Penny back and she instantly warmed up to her as she walked back. When I rescued Penny, she had never been groomed so her quicks are pretty long, but I liked how they utilize the "alternative cut" style then filing each nail so it's short as possible. While she was nervous on the table, Aniyah did a great job talking to her the whole time and kept her as comfortable as possible. Forgot to take the before, but they came out amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back, especially knowing they do cats too!!

First, I love that my dogs get to free roam all day. Two, their grooming is always timely for whatever services I ask for. This past Friday i dropped my dogs off at 9 and they were done by 1130. I was at work until 5, so my Mom picked them up for me instead, with no issues. Third- Communication through text is excellent, including payment processing options. I simply cannot say enough good things. My dogs always come back happy, smelling fresh, NO NICKS OR CUTS, and NO coughing(iykyk). If you're in the area definitely give them a try.
