What really stood out to me, though, was how much they cared about making sure I was happy with everything. They even took the time to do a full inspection with me afterward to make sure everything looked perfect. Super fast service, great communication, and they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted.

I came in to replace the old tint on just ONE window. It took 3 hours, for a job that should take…read moreabout an hour. When they finished, I noticed a bunch of scratches on the glass that weren't there before, going in all directions and really sharp. There were also lots of bubbles, but they told me those would go away soon. It was also way darker than what was on there before, and they said it would lighten up a little after it set. I went back because it was clearly darker than the original and the bubbles never went away. It was dirt trapped under the tint. They told me not to expect perfection, that some dirt in tint is normal, and that my car is hard to work on so the install wasn't great. They redid it, which took another 2 hours, and then admitted the installer used the darkest tint they have instead of matching what was there before. They also tried to say the scratches were already there and only showed up because the tint was darker now. That's not true. Their installers are clearly not good at this. And the second time was STILL full of bubbles and dirt. That's the kind of work I'd expect from a guy in his home garage, not a real business. Once again I was told it's normal and won't be perfect. It's super unprofessional to damage the glass like this. It looks like they just cut the old tint off and scratched the window instead of using steam to remove it the right way. And no tint job should have this many bubbles and dirt in it. They had an excuse for everything, and I'm left with damaged glass that they won't admit to damaging, plus a tint job I could probably do better myself. I wasted hours of my time and got damaged glass, and the shop never once admitted fault. The audacity to try and say it's to be expected and is installed how it should be is crazy. I wouldn't bring a car here under any circumstances. Honestly I'm surprised they're still in business. Maybe people just don't know, but a few other reviews here describe the same kind of experience. My previous spot was…read moreunable to tint the front windshield of my vehicle in clear (as I wanted the UV protection) so I came to Yelp Services for a bunch of quotes from different tinting shops in my area and arrived at Ali's. Ali Window Tinting is just v slightly tricky to locate but once you're in they will show you all the different % of tint darkness they offer along with suggestions if you're uncertain. I opted for darkest on my back windshield, 20% on my front / back windows, and a clear UV protection tint on my front, I also opted for the ceramic coating which includes some heat reduction from the exterior! Ali requires a $20 zelle payment to hold your appt spot (no trouble w/ this) and I was able to book an appointment the very next day!! You can't roll down your windows for about 4 days after and you WILL have some bubbling immediately after which I was very scared to see but I waited the 4 days and it was like a magic trick; viola! the bubbling was gone! The experience was very quick and polite, I'd definitely recommend!

I went in on a Sunday with a very rare and expensive classic car, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He removed the old tint from the car, and since we didn't know how to operate the car I had purchased for my daughter, he actually took the time to go on YouTube and figure out exactly what we needed to do to put the convertible top back up. People like this are rare to find. When someone is willing to go the extra mile and extend a helping hand beyond the service you're paying for, it really says a lot about them. If you're in the area and need tint removed, new tint installed, or anything related to window tint, I would highly recommend this place. Great service, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He saved me after the previous installer just couldn't get it done. ------- If you look at my reviews, I'm not an easy customer. Many would rate me as a "Karen" if I'm quite honest... but Maor at Simon's was absolutely great from start to finish. Even when I got stressed out, he was calm and communicated well. He won't put bad gear in your car, so be prepared to spend some money, but he won't upsell you on stuff you don't need either and you get accurate, detailed prices on every component and aspect of installation. The overall installation price was maybe a bit over average, but I feel like I got an amazing deal for the amount of time and effort he put into every detail. So worth it. The service, care, quality of the install and the sound is night and day compared to what I got from my previous installer. It's not even in the same league. He spent a lot of time getting the gear right for my preferences and my EV's limitations before we even started. He gave me full breakdowns of different levels of sound insulation/deadening to choose from. He communicated in detail with pictures for updates and questions while he was doing the install. He worked with me on the tune and gave me multiple tunings to choose from, as well as other ways to help dial in the sound I wanted for my very diverse taste in music. There were no surprises and no problems when I picked it up and paid. Just pure joy listening to my new system. The system sounds great at all volumes with all music. I'm not an audiophile (and neither are 99% of the other people who claim to be)... but I do have a good ear, and I love me some clear, deep, bone shaking bass that doesn't overpower the reset of the music. The tint still looks perfect with no issues, so I came back to get my front two windows redone darker and have my windshield tinted. They also up to an hour MAX. They didn't even charge me to remove the old tint, which I really appreciated. The prices are seriously the best I've found--I couldn't find anyone else that came close. The owner is also the nicest guy. He even took about $20 off the ceramic tint for me. Customer service like that is hard to find. I've already referred my brother and one of my friends, and they're both planning on getting their cars tinted here too. If you're looking for good prices, quality work, and someone who's honest and takes care of their customers, this is the spot.

I found them by using the Llumar dealer finder on the Llumar website and I'm very happy I did. I was going back and forth on windshield tint options, and Taz was responsive/quick with communications to share the options he had available, as well as sending some pictures of vehicles with the options I was considering. He was flexible with scheduling, and was very accurate with the time estimate, all while offering a very competitive rate for the installation. He was great to chat with while he was getting set up, and kept in communication as he was working on my truck. He hooked me up with some great info, and some tips for making sure the tint dried and looked perfect. He also made a recommendation on one aspect of the install that I was initially unsure of, but I'm glad I took his advice. His work was top notch, and everything looks fantastic.
