We wanted specific timestamps in our walkout song and first dance song, and he was able to edit the songs to play only the parts we wanted. We also didnt want alot of profanity in our dance floor songs and he was able to find alot of the popular songs that bleep out the words or found other good songs. We also wanted to do some fun things like a wedding game, cake cutting with a Sword, and an "auction" to eat first. With all of these I thought some might have come off as "cringey" if not announced right, but Kyle understood what we wanted to do and was the perfect Emcee/auctioneer! We've even recommended him to a couple of friends since they're always so reliable and honest. This time, we had some issues with our outlets in our garage not working. We weren't sure why tripping the breaker didn't work so they came for a service inspection. It was a little tricky to figure out what was the reason, but Diego was able to figure it out. It was a tripped outlet behind our large shoe rack that needed to be reset. Usually, this probably wouldn't be hard to figure out, but since it was so hidden and he didn't know we had an outlet back there, I was surprised that he was actually able to deduce the problem and swap out the outlet so it wouldn't require it to trigger if one of the other outlets overamped. This shoe rack is pretty massive, and they went above and beyond to unbolt it from the wall and move it away to access the triggered outlet. Now, if there was a overage in electricity, it would go straight to the breaker. We also had some issues with our Master Bedroom LEDs and he was nice enough to go into our ceiling to troubleshoot to see if there were issues. Finally, he also ended up giving us some really good advice and knowledge about our electricity overall. This is always nice to get so we can try and troubleshoot ourselves before we call them. The owner, Marco, always hires really good people. This was our first time working with Diego, and although the people we worked with before have left his company (we asked and was told they started their own electric company), I'm happy that so far, whoever came on Marco's behalf has been incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and professional. It is now April 2026 and still no repair is made and no schedule in sight of when we will be assisted as they state they don't know when the person doing repairs in our area is available. I would not recommend any one to purchase EverLights ever. They do not back their warranty. My next step is a lawsuit to try and recoup some money we've lost from installing these lights.

Had a voltage problem with some circuits in the house. Lights were dimming and pulsating when…read moreappliances were running. The house wiring was relatively new, and the problem developed with no apparent change to circuits, appliances, etc. Steve quickly diagnosed a problem with the neutral line at the breaker box. He then took a look at the supply line from the pole to the house and noticed there was damage to the line, which was apparently caused by tree trimmers sent by the utility. With Steve's help navigating the process with the power company, the utility replaced the entire supply line and the voltage problem was solved. At the same time, Steve's assistant replaced a bad transformer in a recessed light fixture that had no access from above. 5 stars really isn't enough to reflect the expertise, professionalism, and efficiency of 24/7 Electric, and the prices were fair on top of it all!
