This was overlooked and she received 30% more than she earned and deserved. - - - The Owner's procedure of have the waitstaff use a handheld credit card machine is fine, if they train the waiters to actually walk away after presenting the check, allowing the customer to review the details of the check and not be rushed. Madison H just presented to check and stood over the table, impatiently waiting to jam the machine into customers face. - - - The Owner also has the gall to charge an extra 3% for using a credit card!
