Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was prompt in responding to any questions I had, payment was easy and no hidden fees. He was soooo understanding when I asked to push our pick up time a little later before going to the venue and was right on time when the night was over. I rented his 14 person sprinter van and it was perfect! Clean, well stocked with waters and comfortable for our ride between the hotel and the wedding venue. His rates were also extremely reasonable. I would absolutely consider using Genesis again in the future. Thanks Mike!!

Their 20-passenger party bus was the perfect size for our group. Sharon made the booking process incredibly easy and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Leland, for being such an amazing driver! We'll definitely be booking with CLS Global Transportation again for future events, and I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and excellent party bus service.

I took the black car service to SFO from Cupertino. My driver came 5 minutes early, and he was…read moregreat. 5 stars!! I hired them again to take me home from SFO. I waited over 30 minutes as my driver was waiting 10 minutes outside of the airport, but experienced traffic coming in. I know they can't wait at SFO, but the whole point of hiring a car service is to avoid the wait. I was tired, jet lagged and grumpy from the travel... And it was raining I was tempted to jump into one of the many readily available taxis... He brought my luggage up the stairs and was super apologetic, so I ended up tipping extra as I imagine it wasn't so great for him either (waiting, traffic and the fact my flight was late). I would use them again as the cars were always clean and the service was good. I'd say 4.5 stars for the slightly neg experience.

I have used cab services across the country and Metro Cab is consistently the worst and an…read moreembarrassment to Grand Rapids. With the significant investment which has made the GR Airport a best-in-class regional airport, I'm surprised the Airport Authority allows Metro Cab to continue to operate given its less than two star rating average from nearly 40 reviewers. I have used them around 10 times and based on the experience consistently well below expectations, I will no longer use Metro Cab. Here's three reasons: They have overcharge me multiple times versus their airport posted rates and when this is challenged, the drivers have acted aggressively which is concerning when they now know where you live. Their cab interiors are heavily soiled, worn down and unpleasant. Another time I booked a reservation with Metro Cab for an early flight and no one showed. When I called the company, the automated system stated I had a reservation. When I finally was able to get to a live person, she informed me that no driver chose my ride so no one is coming. The definition of a reservation means some is committed to come but this is not the case with Metro Cab. Save money, be safer and get much better service with Uber or Lyft. Advice for the Airport Authority would be to make it easier for Uber and Lyft customers by allowing these drivers to park at the curb as is done for the Metro Cabs as that is the primary reason anyone would choose Metro Cab over another transportation alternative.
