My appt is 2 hours long, and MH taxi drops me off and picks me up when it's over. Their vehicles are always clean, they even disinfect the seat, handles, seatbelt etc between each client, offer water, and provide a comfortable ride. Their drivers are all friendly and on time. I will definitely continue using them in the future.

This is absolutely the worst cab company I have ever dealt with. I called and told him exactly…read morewhere I was going, a mile and a half, so I could catch a bus. This jerk shows up in a van with no signs of being a cab, and absolutely no prices whatsoever. Also, there isn't even a meter running. How should I know this is legit? Then after my 4 minute ride, I ask how much and he says "$12". I ask why on earth it's $12 for a mile and a half, and he says "I tried to be nice to you, now it's $16." Wtf???!!! I made it very clear how far I was going when I called, why this "cabbie" decided I didn't need to know how extravagant his prices were is beyond me. Then he thinks he has the right to punish me for asking why on earth it costs so much, seriously?! I've never felt so angry and ripped off before. I will stop at nothing to make sure this dick knows he fucked with the wrong person. He needs to tell his rate before agreeing to pick someone up, that way I could have declined the ride and walked.

Fritz was great and quite helpful with the planning, and was able to adapt to my specific needs and requests. The bus itself was perfect with plenty of space to store our purchase and really a comfortable ride. He also had a cooler for waters for everyone which was key. But most of all, his rate is better than anything else you will find out there. All in all, will be using Fritz and Joyrides for all of our future events.

It was the whole reason we our entire party were first in line. It was not cool at all especially when she could have blocked off a day to take her friends. Although we made the best of it, her behavior really left a bad taste in our mouth. I'll think twice next time about going or make sure the Owner & her pals won't be on [the trolley].

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more If I could give Eco Adventures and Alma negative stars I would. She is the absolute WORST! I booked a trip to Panama to see Bocas Del Toro and Panama City. I went in already knowing what flights I wanted and where I wanted to stay...how hard was this for her to book... well let me tell you about the colossal error she made in booking my trip. I flew into Panama City and out to Bocas Del Toro on the first day. I was then SUPPOSED to fly out of Bocas and into Panama City at the end of my trip to spend a day and a 1/2 exploring the city before heading back to the states. First of all, she changed the flight from the morning to the afternoon (there are only 2 flights a day), from the quote to the booking, Taking away a good portion of my trip to Panama City. But to make matters even worse.... SHE BOOKED MY RETURN TICKET FROM BOCAS TO PANAMA CITY FOR THE WRONG DATE! (I was there in February and my ticket was booked for March!) On my itinerary, it was the correct date, but when I arrived at the Bocas airport, they showed me that it was booked for a different date and told me I couldn't fly out until the next day. I had to run around trying to find a hotel room and changed my flights. I got the last hotel room in Bocas (it is the size of a single street). Then upon my return, she argued with me over paying for the hotel room. Saying that it was too much and I must have charged food to my room (AS IF I COULD HAVE). I also booked drivers thru her and didn't utilize one of my drivers (DUE TO HER ERROR) and she refused to refund that money also. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ALMA! SHE HAS PROVEN TO ME TO BE INCOMPETENT AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!

Due to tropical storm Bill, we were stuck in Houston for 3 days due to United cancelled flights to Costa Rica. I was in contact with my travel agent who was in contact with Alma. They did everything to change the transfers, hotels in a never ending few days of constant changes. Even once in CR, they worked with the resort to extend our stay a couple of days. They worked with the other resort to change dates. Once we were in Puerto Viejo, we learned once again Mother Nature was at it and there was a storm that caused a landslide. We were a 5 hour car trip from the airport. We requested the time be changed to leave earlier and once again, it came through. We are very pleased with the service we received from not only our agent but from Alama and Eco. We are planning on going back and I will not hesitate to use them again.
