When the dealership offered to diagnose the problem for $180 before even potential parts/labor were calculated, I called the manager here, described my issue, and he stated that they stand by their work and was willing to take the door down to have a look at no charge and assess the problem. Turns out it was a few loose screws and after a little tightening the window issue resolved and they did it within a few hours at no charge. Then the liner inside the wheel was not properly secured, so my wheel was grinding when I went over bumps or turned too far left. He agreed to fix those things only to stop responding to multiple messages and phone calls.
