Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Kissell Motorsports. I drove about 230 Miles to buy my bike…read morethere, but Kissell Motorsports is worth making the drive. I purchased a 2015 BMW K1600 GTL from Kissell Motorsports in August 2026, and I honestly cannot say enough great things about Hailey and the entire team. From start to finish, this was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. The motorcycle I purchased was being sold on consignment, and Hailey and the team went above and beyond to help me obtain its service records from another BMW dealership in Maryland. They were also willing to negotiate, which made the purchase experience even better. That level of transparency, flexibility, and willingness to help gave me tremendous confidence in my purchase. I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area, and while there's a BMW motorcycle dealership approximately 45 minutes from me, its reputation has left me hesitant to do business there. Kissell, on the other hand, is nearly four hours away, and I would gladly make that drive again to work with a dealership that genuinely values its customers. A friend of mine had experience working with Josh, the owner, and spoke very highly of him and the dealership. After my experience, I completely understand why! The facility itself is incredible. They have a massive showroom dedicated to pre-owned motorcycles and an even larger separate showroom for new motorcycles. As a motorcycle enthusiast, I genuinely felt like a kid in a candy store! There was so much to see, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Hailey gave me the time and space to make an informed decision, allowed me to put down a deposit to secure the motorcycle, and the team even helped me load and properly secure it for the trip home. But what really sets Kissell Motorsports apart is how they treat customers AFTER the sale. When I got my motorcycle home, I ran into an issue where it wouldn't start. Although I ultimately discovered that the problem was simply a fuse, I initially suspected the battery. Without hesitation, Hailey and the team offered to cover the cost of a replacement battery if that turned out to be the issue. They even offered to arrange transportation to pick the motorcycle up from my home and bring it back to the dealership, completely free of charge, if I couldn't resolve the problem myself! Think about that for a moment. I live almost FOUR HOURS away, and they were willing to go to those lengths to stand behind a motorcycle they had sold me on consignment. That's an extraordinary level of customer service, especially in an industry where some dealerships seem to forget you exist the moment the paperwork is signed. Hailey also connected me with their service department, which patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps to help diagnose the problem. They genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of, even after the sale was complete. Another fantastic perk is that Kissell offers customers a 15% discount on BMW parts when they purchase a motorcycle from the dealership. Anyone who owns a BMW motorcycle knows that parts aren't exactly inexpensive, so that discount can translate into substantial savings over time. They also offer an incredible winter service program. If you live within 250 miles of the dealership and have more than $250 worth of service performed, they'll pick up your motorcycle and deliver it back to you at no additional charge. Fellow BMW owners know that reaching $250 in service costs isn't exactly difficult! This is an especially valuable benefit for customers like me who live several hours away. What impressed me most wasn't just their beautiful facility, extensive inventory, willingness to negotiate, or competitive customer benefits. It was the fact that Hailey, Josh, and the entire Kissell Motorsports team genuinely seem to care about building long-term relationships with their customers rather than simply making a sale. In a time when exceptional customer service can feel increasingly rare, Kissell Motorsports is a refreshing reminder of what a dealership experience should be. I'll gladly drive nearly four hours to give my business to a dealership that has earned my trust rather than settle for one that's 45 minutes away. If you're shopping for a motorcycle, especially a BMW, do yourself a favor and check out Kissell Motorsports. They're absolutely worth the trip! Thank you, Hailey, Josh, and everyone at Kissell Motorsports, for making my purchase such a positive experience. You've earned my trust, my future business, and my enthusiastic recommendation!

I live in the Baltimore area, and went to Kissel whe i was looking for a replacement for my BMW…read moreF800R, which had been totaled in an accident. (i was uninjured fortunately). I had looked at several bikes at Bob's BMW in Jessup MD, but also wanted to look at a R1200RS, which Bob's did not have in their inventory. I had originally purchase the F800R from Bob's and really like their dealership, and felt that going to Kissel, another BMW dealership would probably be a similar experience. I had been corresponding with Haley about the bike, and determined a date to go visit for a test ride. Unfortunately, Haley wasn't there that day as she was getting married, but as i walked in and greeted Evan and explained who i was and why i was there, it was apparent that they were expecting me. Evan took me to the bike, which was in the service area of the building, getting a look over preparing the bike for the test ride. They let me swing a leg over and allowed me to look over the bike as they were preparing it. i noticed some very minor things, (clutch lever needed to be rotated up a little bit, clamp was a little loose) but overall the bike appeared clean, and in good condition for a 10 year old bike. The bike did have over 50k on the odometer, which was not an overall concern as i've heard very good things about the longevity of the 1200 boxer motor, and the tech also commented, "Mine has over 70K". I went and sat with Evan for a short period of time while they finished preparing the bike. He explained the test ride route, which was a short out and back on the main road, and i put on my gear and went for a ride. The bike in general seemed flawless, and i was very happy with the ride. When i got back, Evan said "so are you ready to buy it"? I said i think so, but had some other questions, most of which were prepared for me by the salesperson at Bob's. Evan answered what he could and also took me to the service area where i spoke with the service manager about what they did and didn't know about the bike's history, their inspection of the bike once they received it as a trade in, and what was done to it to prepare it for sale. It was a good conversation, however, i felt that the responses to some of hte questions were a little bit "guarded", perhaps because they didn't know, or maybe there was information they didn't want to provide. None the less, i purchased the bike and rode it home 150 miles, smile on my face the whole way. The primary reason i didn't give a higher number of stars, is i just felt like they just wanted to get me out of there. All of the processes went smoothly. Raelynn in the finance office was fantastic (i paid cash) so the paperwork was minimal. When i finally did get on the bike to leave, there was no fan fare for their new customer that just purchased a bike. No one saw me off and said "congratulations", took my picture for their web site or anything. I actually had to ask, "OK, am i good to go now"? Since then, i have learned that some of the maintenance questions i had been asking were related to a BMW issue with the driveshaft on the bike. They were answering my questions and telling me that the driveshaft would be replaced by BMW at 60k miles, but didn't let on to the reason why. I feel that this was kept from me in pursuit of the sale, rather than being transparent with the customer. I have no concerns about the bike or the drive shaft, however, i do feel that the way it was handled shed some light on the manner in which Kissel deals with their customers. I love the bike and am very happy with it.
