Dont be surprised when the item you were waiting to buy goes on final markdown and the ticket goes magically missing into someone else's pocket days before. I have no idea why this place has any bad reviews at all. I've read a few and very much disagree. The prices are amazing. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. And the baked goods that are sold at the register are delicious. I've frequented this place many times this past year and have upgraded my wardrobe, bought a new couch and even a kennel for my dog at half the price they are sold at pet stores for. Drop off days are always have extrememly long lines and the employees seem to have no sense of urgency. It is always extrememly hot in there even in the winter. The need to extend drop off times and have a better process. read more

Great consignment store. Always something new whether furniture, clothes or household decor.

This is a great place to browse. The store is always full of merchandise. However, consigning items is a pain. Unless you are willing to "drop and run", in which case your "unaccepted" items are donated instead of being returned to you, then you have to wait an hour or more in line. I have tried to consign items at 10 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm and it doesn't matter. The line is always LONG and SLOW. There are usually no carts available so you have to bring your own toting system for your goods. I am going to start donating to Goodwill and take the tax deduction or find a new consignment facility. It is too time consuming here. read more

I LOVE this store! I never fail to find amazing deals & the staff are always so friendly & helpful. Many of them know me by name & greet me with smiles & friendly chats. The prices are always budget friendly & they go down every 30 days from the first date on the ticket! I'll hopefully start consigning, once I get a little more organized! read more

After visiting my parents more times and visiting this place I'll go up to 4 stars. My family has gotten several items from here. From furniture to clothes. Pricing has gotten significantly better. We got several dresses to wear to all the summer weddings and events we went to so far. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I got a pair of Saks leather heels for dirt cheap in the last call section. read more

my first time coming here and the workers were incredibly rude, wasn't greeted and the 2 ladies working the fitting room condescended me when I asked for help. found 1 or 2 items worth buying (not well priced) and didn't purchase them because I didn't want to be in the negative environment caused by the sales associates. needless to say I won't be coming back and will warn my friends of the awful experience. read more

This is a very large consignment shop. It is mostly clothes and furniture but with different things in between like glassware, jewelry and collectibles. Some of the items are overpriced however it is consignment and that is the way it can be. Many consigners want more than they will actually get. I like that the tags list the future markdown prices so you will know how long to wait until the price is reduced. They have some unique furniture and a boutique section. If you are willing to wait a month you can see a piece go from $100 to $60 or even more. Everything is very organized. They even have their rugs hung on carpet racks. They have clean restrooms. The overall feel of the store is an older department store. They have employees to help with loading and unloading of items for your convenience. This place is horrible in every way you can imagine a business being bad. My mother found out that she had Stage IV Cancer and I gathered some very valuable items that were never used only to receive 19.00 for 4 items one that currently sales for $98.00. I contacted the store in person and they told me that they were sorry. They did not attempt to resolve my dispute and was told that the owners were out of town. Therefore, I asked for an officer to come out only to take a report and he asked if everything was fine. I replied yes as well as the staff members. I explained to the officer that I needed a report filed due to the value of my item that was sold for pennies $7.00. He stated that he could not file a report due to this being a civil matter as I waited patiently for all of my items to be gathered per my request. Days afterwards, I corresponded with Beth Burrell, whom I was told is the owner of this consignment and she stated that she was informed that I was hostile which made me feel very uncomfortable at this point because I was not and that is not how I conduct business at any time. She also stated that I was not welcomed back on the premises. There are falsehoods about everything that took place but "Thank God" for video/audio recordings because I recorded and took photos of everything. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach to this review but please you guys....THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE and definitely does not have good people. Poor business tactics for sure. Initially, I felt as though I lost out but in reality I actually won because I had quite a few valuable items for sell that I were able to retrieve and sell in my own at a more reasonable price without getting ripped off and most of all it saved me from conducting business with them ever again. read more
