The items in the store run the gamut from jewelry all the way to upholstered furniture. I love the mix of textures in the shop. It's easy to feel intimidated in a place like this, but several staff members asked if they could help us. While we ultimately didn't find what we needed here, I have no doubt that next time we are searching for something that MACK will be on our list of places to stop! The thing that drew me in the most were the items that make a house feel like a home... an adorable set of salt and pepper shakers, a fabulous bar set, or an adorable set of cocktail napkins that would surely liven up any party. The store goes on forever (I never realized how big that space is) so you'll have plenty of things to see and choose from. Since placing our order, we have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the chat feature on their website. Despite our numerous attempts, we have not received a single response or update regarding our order. We understand that shipping delays can occur; however, a complete lack of communication for over four months is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, responsiveness, and basic customer service. Due to the company's failure to communicate or resolve this matter, we are taking the following actions: Filing complaints with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the South Carolina Attorney General's Office, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). contacting our credit card companies to dispute the charges. consulting with our attorney regarding our available legal options. We are sharing our experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing from Copper Barn. We remain hopeful that the company will finally respond and resolve this matter promptly. If Copper Barn would like to make this right, we welcome the opportunity to hear from them.

So now we are probably going to dispute it with our bank. It's sad because we really were looking forward to getting this table and they don't communicate at all. I know that you don't really go to Ollie's for an organized and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience, but this one trip was a little too excessive. Luckily, this was the first time that this has happened to me at this Ollie's, so I'm hoping that it was just a one-time thing, and I'll still be back in the future.

Parking is a challenge - there's a double row of metered spots splitting the U-shaped strip mall but every spot was taken (we had walked from our conference/hotel). Turnover seemed decent but there are always several cars circling. FYI we saw a meter maid giving tickets too.

He sent me to a buy/sell/trade establishment, and but they gave me $10 for several silk ties bought at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and still in the wrapping as well as some amazing clothing that my mother had before she died (from Jones of New York and Talbotts, almost never worn). I felt like he thought I wouldn't have anything because of the way I was dressed. (I don't dress up to show my status in the world, and clothes are not that important to me.) I really despise what feels like prejudice, and I cannot believe that he lied straight to my face and didn't even tell me of the other consignment store on the street.
