Since placing our order, we have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the chat feature on their website. Despite our numerous attempts, we have not received a single response or update regarding our order. We understand that shipping delays can occur; however, a complete lack of communication for over four months is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, responsiveness, and basic customer service. Due to the company's failure to communicate or resolve this matter, we are taking the following actions: Filing complaints with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the South Carolina Attorney General's Office, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). contacting our credit card companies to dispute the charges. consulting with our attorney regarding our available legal options. We are sharing our experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing from Copper Barn. I know that you don't really go to Ollie's for an organized and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience, but this one trip was a little too excessive. Parking is a challenge - there's a double row of metered spots splitting the U-shaped strip mall but every spot was taken (we had walked from our conference/hotel). Turnover seemed decent but there are always several cars circling. FYI we saw a meter maid giving tickets too.

He sent me to a buy/sell/trade establishment, and but they gave me $10 for several silk ties bought at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and still in the wrapping as well as some amazing clothing that my mother had before she died (from Jones of New York and Talbotts, almost never worn). I felt like he thought I wouldn't have anything because of the way I was dressed. (I don't dress up to show my status in the world, and clothes are not that important to me.) I really despise what feels like prejudice, and I cannot believe that he lied straight to my face and didn't even tell me of the other consignment store on the street.
