This is automatic actually a very reasonable price for a lift chair. They generally run about $3000. Sales person, Eric, was very helpful and I also purchased an extended warranty. They delivered a week later and all their staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Allan was my sales person, and he did a wonderful job at explaining everything and letting me browse alone. Once I made up my mind, he gave me link to go online to purchase, so I thought. The link didn't work correctly, so I called in to the store, and got transferred a few times before I got the correct person to pay. Once the lady go t online she went on and on about how I can pay online.....again the link doesn't work. Transferred again to a older lady who took the payment. SMH. Im trying to give you money and you are making this stressful. She never said Sorry or Thank U for your patience. The Pick UP, which was a different person... I picked up chair yesterday, went into the store and was told to go around back to pick up, what the rude guy didn't tell me was which door to pull my truck up to, I backed into their receiving door, he yelled you aren't supposed to be in this area.....really?? Maybe next time communication needs to be clear, and your staff needs some training on how to talk customers who spend money in your store. Allan is a great sales person, professional the whole time. But I probably wont purchase again from Haverty's. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Ashley's down the street. Danielle

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a…read morefurniture store -- we're even considering legal action. We bought a living room set with a 5-year warranty totaling $1,577. One of our couches was damaged beyond repair. The warranty company approved a full replacement and told us we could get either the same couch or store credit for the original amount ($621). Value City offered just $358. After pushing back, they increased it to $552, still short of what we paid. We then found what looked like the same couch in a different color. When we asked for that one, we were told it was a different model ("Galaxy" instead of "Felix") -- even though it's clearly just a renamed version of the same couch. We believe this rebranding is to keep customers from using their warranties. Then we reviewed our original receipt. We were promised free delivery, but were charged $139.99. Our total was $1,577, but the furniture with tax was only $1,437 -- that $140 difference is the delivery fee they claimed we wouldn't be charged. When we pointed this out, they literally tried to argue basic math with us. At one point, an employee even admitted the math was off and brought it to a manager, who still claimed it was "correct," using nonsense calculations that made no sense. Frustrated, we gave up and picked out a cheaper couch for $499 just to be done with them -- a couch that lacked many of the features we originally paid for, but we were exhausted by the constant back and forth. Next, we were told the couch was ready for pickup. But when we called to confirm, they told us we had 48 hours to pick it up before it would be sold, even though that was never mentioned in person, over the phone, via text, or in email. Since we both work, we asked if they could hold it until the weekend. They couldn't promise that. We ended up ordering a second couch, with a pickup scheduled for July 23. We rearranged our work schedules to pick it up in the 48-hour window. Then, out of nowhere, we get a call on July 17 saying it's ready and needs to be picked up that day. My husband said he couldn't make it due to work but reminded them our pickup was scheduled for the 23rd. He was told again: only a 48-hour hold. He left work early on July 18 to get it, drove 45 minutes, only to be told the couch wasn't even there -- the one that arrived was for another customer. The warehouse staff, who actually seem to know what they're doing, apologized and said they'd ask a manager about waiving the delivery fee for all the trouble. They were the only part of this experience that wasn't a total disaster. In total, we're out $272 between the bogus "free" delivery ($139) and the warranty credit shortfall ($122), not to mention losing work time and still not having the replacement couch we paid for. Their customer service is disorganized, rude, and completely unhelpful. Basic math doesn't apply here, apparently. To their credit, Jeff -- one employee -- was helpful and actually got us the second couch without additional cost, even throwing in a free warranty. But the store acts like they don't want you to talk to him -- we were constantly told he wasn't available. This place is a joke, and based on a quick Google search, we're clearly not the only ones dealing with problems. Check your receipts, question everything, and if possible -- shop somewhere else. Attached photos show our original couch (tan with power), the renamed version ("Galaxy" brown), and the stripped-down model we had to settle for (tan without power).

My wife and I purchased a double king bedroom set w/ Sealy mattresses and full motion base. This will all matter in a moment. We found a frame set and purchased this. Delivery was very professional; the two gentlemen took care on the moving of the furniture and its setup. The issue now crops up: My wife is 5' tall, what we purchased was a King Storage frame, the motion bases on top of that storage platform was nearly 3.5 feet tall. The wife needed a step stool to get into the bed. We took pictures and went to see Al (who, by the way, is a top-notch salesman, the only one we will work with). While we all had a good chuckle at the size, we all agreed Al did point out it would be taller than normal, however, the owner, Al and another gentleman brain stormed on how to fix this issue, as, my wife loved the set and truly didn't want a different one. These people, INCLUDING the salesman Al, came to our house two days later and modified the storage bed so that the mattress would sit at a normal height. This is truly over and beyond the call, they fixed our issue without complaint, timely, professionally. Chapin Furniture, for this reason, is the only store we will do business with. Well done Chapin Furniture Team.

The items in the store run the gamut from jewelry all the way to upholstered furniture. I love the mix of textures in the shop. It's easy to feel intimidated in a place like this, but several staff members asked if they could help us. While we ultimately didn't find what we needed here, I have no doubt that next time we are searching for something that MACK will be on our list of places to stop! MACK also offers interior design services for both residential and commercial spaces. Follow them on Facebook to see more great photos and keep up with special offers.

This is a wonderful store with an eclectic mix of unique pieces of furniture, home furnishing, artwork, jewelry and other accessories. The thing that drew me in the most were the items that make a house feel like a home... an adorable set of salt and pepper shakers, a fabulous bar set, or an adorable set of cocktail napkins that would surely liven up any party. The store goes on forever (I never realized how big that space is) so you'll have plenty of things to see and choose from. This is a great place to pick up an unexpected gift or a little something for yourself. I'm sure I'll be stopping by again soon!
