My favorite consignment store! It has everything including artwork, furniture, jewelry, shoes, hand bags, and clothes. I can spend around hours looking at everything and usually stop in 2x a week. This business uses extremely deceitful practices when selling merchandise. I returned to the store on Christmas Eve specifically to purchase an antique cabinet my wife had been eyeing for over a month. I had taken photos and measurements over several weeks, and I went in that day with the sole intention of buying it as her Christmas gift. As usual, I pulled the ticket from the item so I could purchase it at checkout. Another couple briefly looked at the cabinet, but since I had the ticket, they walked away. A young sales clerk approached me and asked if I had the ticket. I told him yes, and that I was buying it. He acknowledged this and walked off--straight to the front desk where the same couple was now speaking with a clerk. Ten to fifteen minutes later, the same young clerk returned and told me the cabinet had "just sold online" and was no longer available. Meanwhile, the couple who had been eyeing it earlier walked out smiling. The manager repeated the same excuse, claiming they had no control over online sales. Keep in mind: this cabinet had been sitting there for over 90 days, and it conveniently sold online at the exact moment I was purchasing it. After checking out with my other items, I spoke with additional employees. One of them quietly told me they overheard the front desk clerk advising the couple to go online and buy the cabinet before I reached the register--despite the staff knowing I already had the tag in hand and had confirmed I was purchasing it. This wasn't a random impulse buy. I went to the store specifically for this item, and their behavior was blatantly unethical. My wife and I have been loyal customers at Roundabouts for over five years and have spent thousands of dollars there. After this experience, we will never return. Their underhanded sales tactics cost them a long‑term customer. Stay away from this business. Their selling practices are dishonest and completely unprofessional. read more

I really like this consignment store. They have a large selection of clothing, jewelry, furniture, artwork, crystal and china, and other household accessories. There's costume jewelry and a boutique with designer handbags and wallets. There's also a shoe section. In short, there's a little something for everyone. I have found many gems in this store. They have a pricing system where an item is originally marked at one price, but if it remains in the store for a period of time that Price drops. After a bit more time, that price drops again . So if you are patient, and lucky, you might be able to get some real bargains. They accept consignment too! The facility is usually pretty clean and organized. read more

The quality and quantity of items has been decreasing for quite some time now, and items are very hard to find in store. Things are all over the place and no longer sorted much by category other than glassware (which is over priced on a lot of items) and it's starting to look more like a junk shop rather than "upscale consignment". One of the young cashiers was very slow and rude to me and my wife, and when I stepped outside to take care of my child, she made a passive aggressive and very insulting comment about me to my wife. She said: "he could have helped you with the heavy stuff". Completely unacceptable behavior. This store will not get my money anymore. read more

I just purchased a shirt from the boutique area of the store (it had cute detail, but $32 for a tee!). Instead of taking it to the register, I was required to hand it to clerk in the area and take a number. When I got to the register with another item, I was required to wait for the clerk to bring the item - in a clear plastic bag, stapled shut. I felt like it was collective punishment to be treated as a potential shoplifter. Ordinarily I would skip the plastic bag given single use landfill problem. Spoiled shopping experience. read more

You can find some nice things here, but similar to another reviewer, I think you could probably find similar prices at a TJ Maxx type store. They have a bunch of furniture that I'm sure would be nice if I was in the market for new furniture. For the first time, I went last week to try to sell a couple old shoes that were gently worn. I didn't realize that you give them your items and then you only get paid if it's sold and they'll adjust the price depending on how long it's on the store floor. Maybe this is how most places work, but the only experience I had with another consignment store they bought the items (that they accepted of course). Roundabouts only has certain days they accept items so that's a little limiting too. read more

I hated to leave but one day I was in there with my daughter and we left the store at 6:03 pm. a young blonde female employee was up front being very rude and speaking to another employee right in front of my daughter about what an imposition it was for us to still be there at 6:03. Over the last year, I took things to consign almost every week. When I went to pick up things that had not sold, items were missing. They are not responsible for anything stolen so I am the one that is out. They have also changed contract where the consignee gets less and the yearly fee has gone up to $10 instead of $5. Not worth it for my 30 min trip for the little bit that I got. read more

From a buyers rating this might be a good pick, but as a consigner it is vey disappointing. High dollar brands in new condition retrieve less than $5 apiece. Top brand name items rarely sell, which I presume go to "charity" when not sold. Very frustrating , however there is not another consignment store in the area that takes such a wide variety of items. A year or two ago the return was much better and quicker, but now under new management and pretty pitiful returns for consignors. read more

Way overpriced for used clothes, shoes, and furniture. I gave it two stars because the place was kept fairly clean but with as big as this store was i was hoping to find some treasures but found nothing. They had Nine west blazers for $60+ whereas a normal thrift store like even Goodwill would have it for $7. They had used sandals upwards $200+. If you like to frequent consignment shops I wouldn't recommend coming here. You're better off going to Savers to the Goodwill. read more

This place is really cool. Its a consignment shop that opened back in 2003. I was just riding through the neighborhood and decided to go in. It's a huge layout. The items look brand new. They have everything such as: fine china, glassware, furniture (living room sets, beds, rugs, computer desks, dining room pieces), home decor (vases, chairs, mirrors, picture frames), clothes, shoes, knick knacks, and purses. The living room pieces are set up just like you would see in a home to give a feel of how it would look in your home. They have a cool pricing system too. On the item tags you will see up to 3 prices. The first price it what the item would sell for currently, the next price would be what the item will sell for after a certain date (sometimes it could be a week, a couple of days, or a month), the final price would be the price for in the future (a couple of months). I thought that was cool. I got this cute picture frame that was originally priced $11 but I caught it on the final price for like $3. They allow you sell (consign) your items such as furniture, clothes (less than 2 yrs old and in good condition) and household items. Visit their website to learn more about it. This store is amazing! It is the biggest consignment shop I have ever seen and had a great selection. I was especially impressed with the furniture selection! Everything was in good shape and they had many unique pieces. I also really liked the pricing system to be able to see what date the price will go down. My husband and I ran into one of the owners while we were shopping and he was very helpful and we had a nice conversation about the store's history. read more

After walking in to find a damaged luggage bag that has been in the store for over 2 months we asked to speak with the manager. Well the owner came over instead to talk with us. He said he could take off 20% for the damage then after we told him we agreed he took back What he said and told us no deal. This is down right ridiculous that the owner would do this after we agreed to a price he gave. Sad that this is the owner that would do this to a returning customer that has spent plenty of money in his store. This store is conveniently located on the corner of Polo Rd and Two Notch Rd. Even though this is a kinda upscale consignment store, they have pretty good prices and the merchandise is nice. Always enjoy a visit to Roundabouts. They specialize in women's clothing and household/furniture items, but you can find a fair amount of men's clothing as well. They also run semi-annual sales which usually allow you to get some pretty incredible deals. Most items in the store are discounted by 20% at 30 days and 40% after 60 days, so just pay attention to the tags. Right at the corner of Polo and Two notch rd, easiest to use the light to access. read more

This store has a great concept. They actually hand pick your items from you while you wait, they dont tell you to come back in a few hours. But not only that they have days where you don't have to wait in line if you don't want. To me its worth it cause so many people shop there so my stuff sells. Went in the other day and looks like they bought some large display cases from a department store. Looks great. Also those treats at the register are awesome! read more

CONSIGNORS BE CAREFUL. Something has changed in this store since 2018 when this writer's multiple transactions were highly satisfactory. Now this shop has "attitude" -- led by a young, arrogant manager -- and its unpleasant. Friends & relatives (former repeat consignors of unworn clothing) tell us of too much stock that just disappeared. Management did not disburse money for sales, stock could not be found on racks for return to consignor, management claimed no knowledge of stock having been taken in. Did that clothing walk by itself out of the back door? My experience is that furniture appears either priced way too high--so it either gets reduced below fair market value and is picked up by someone with an inside track, or worse, its abandoned and gets picked up for nothing. Some furniture is priced way too low right from the beginning, so management is in effect stealing value from consignors. EITHER WAY, CLOTHING OR FURNITURE, WE RECOMMEND BEING VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT CONSIGNING GOODS HERE. This store is becoming like a rotten fish hidden in the refridgerator. One can smell it, but not quite trace the cause of the unpleasant odour. THIEVES ALL OF THEM! I used to love this store but I will NEVER go back. I've been consigning and shopping here for several years but recently I noticed that items I consigned were not showing up on my inventory. I asked to speak to someone about it and was basically told "oh well". So I informed them that I would like to pick up my items and never work with them again, they said fine we have 10000 consignors we don't need you. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to pick up the clothes a note had been left in the system that they were already picked up. They refused to help me further. I have no recourse since they merely write down how many items you have consigned on your "receipt" after waiting in line for 2 hours. What a racket. read more

The furniture is mostly dated and overpriced stuff that ought to be free to whoever will haul it away. I only looked at the boutique clothes and they had a few good items there but small selection (and some stuff that's not really boutique) so you'd have to come back regularly. Based on what I saw in the boutique I can't imagine the "regular" clothes are worth buying here. read more

This place is AMAZING! Don't let their old, dollar store looking sign deceive you. They are great to consignors and customers. Their staff is very helpful. You can use your account credit to buy your stuff. Their pricing scheme works out fairly well for both consignors and buyers. You can buy amazing brownies, muffins, and other treats at the register. The only drawback to this place is the checkout process. For some reason, it takes a really long time to check out, even when you don't have a lot of items. read more

I have visited Roundabouts frequently and have always found good bargains in many departments. I recently had a disheartening experience regarding a piece of furniture that was reaching its lowest price. On the day of that reduction I was the 1st person in the door and went directly to the item I wished to purchase. The tag on the item was not the correct tag and had wrong identification of the item. It had been torn off of another piece of furniture and placed on the item I wanted. Two gentlemen were also looking at the piece. I mentioned to them that the tag was not the correct tag and I was going to check with the manager to see what the story was. As I did that the older of the 2 gentlemen went to the cashier and paid for the item with the correct tag and price. The manager would do nothing about this situation saying they were at the cashier first so they got to buy it. My point is that I feel they walked in the door with the correct tag in their pocket which they had taken prior to the day of the purchase (or before). I called her later in the day and she really did not want to hear my story but I insisted that she hear me out. I don't care about the piece of furniture but I do care that this type of deceitful behavior is being supported. She did not offer to view the security camera tapes or to offer a solution to the problem other that to have her furniture employees check periodically to see that tickets had not been switched. Lots of denial in her demeanor. read more
