I had a great experience at Round Table Pizza! The buffet was definitely the highlight. There was a great variety of pizzas, so there was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and constantly being restocked. I also really enjoyed the twists--they were soft, flavorful, and a perfect addition to the meal. The salad bar was another standout because it was well-stocked with fresh ingredients and plenty of toppings to choose from. I also want to give a shoutout to Teresa , who was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better with her friendly attitude and great customer service. Overall, the buffet offered a lot of options at a great value, and the staff did a good job keeping everything clean and full. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm craving pizza! read more

I arrived, and there was not much pizza at their buffet maybe four slices total and some breadsticks. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some wings service was slow and they burned my pizza. As a replacement pizza, however I was pressed for time and my family was hungry. Roundtable please do better read more

Round Table Pizza - Burnt pizza - Pizza Near Me - West Covina, California

The BEST pizza chain. Yes, it's more expensive because it's better! I don't know if it's quality control or what, I have never had a bad RTP anywhere in CA. It's been the go-to since I was, at least, five years old. This location has a game/play area, which is great for kiddos--or kids at heart. The service is polite, helpful, and friendly. They always get the order right with carry out or delivery. Delivery is early or on time. You can dine in and make a full meal of it with the salad bar and dessert. They have soda and beer. I don't recall if they have wine, but they might--don't quote me. There is a military discount with id because they get it. I could go on, but this is fool proof pizza. Trust me. read more

We just picked up family dinner and everything went smooth. We received amazing service from Fatima from phone ordering, pick up and order accuracy. Special shout out to her because they had a large party in the banquet room and a few online pick up orders, but she handled them expeditiously & with a smile. Talk about hard working with only 2 of them there handling business! Pizzas were delish & the fam was happy! Thanks Fatima!! read more

I went to Round Table yesterday, and it was super busy, but I had a really good experience. Alondra was really helpful even though she had a lot going on. She was still checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I could tell it was a stressful shift, but she was still really nice and had a good attitude. I really appreciated her taking the time to help us, especially with how busy it was. Great customer service! read more

Greeted by Fatima wonderful Girl upfront very friendly. Observed her helping others with such a warm smile.

Really good experience at Round Table! Teresa was super friendly and gave great customer service. I also tried the new Cheese Tots and Dr Pepper BBQ Pizza, and both were really good. The BBQ pizza has a sweet BBQ flavor that I really liked, and the tots were nice and crispy. Definitely recommend trying the new items! read more

I was not happy with the pizza I recieved and left disappointed that my favorite pizza spot let me down. Until I recieved a call from Israel the manager. I was so suprised to get the call. His call let me know that Roundtable does care about their customers. They remade my pizza and made sure I was happy with my order. I added an order of garlic twists. I felt bad they had to remake my pizza. They really are still the king of pizzas. As you will see in my pictures. It fed me, my neighbor and 2 feiends. After there were still a couple of slices left. Thank you Israel for restoring my faith in Roundtable Pizza. read more

I ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme ($13.99 - Personal Size) at Round Table (West Covina). This tiny pizza contains a welcomed, strong garlic flavor; piping hot, gooey cheese; and thin, crisp crust. Its mushroom slices are paper thin and tasteless. But its sausage is well-seasoned despite being dry. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. I visited Round Table Pizza (West Covina) on Friday (around 4:20PM). Staff is welcoming and professional. I ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme ($13.99 - Personal Size). I waited 15 minutes. The food arrived piping hot. Round Table Pizza (West Covina) had focused on pizza deliveries. I noticed a few staff placing pizzas in to-go bags and heading to the car. Unfortunately, for about an hour, I observed no other customers arriving at Round Table Pizza (West Covina). This location is very large, yet it's a ghost town. Round Table (West Covina's) ambiance is subpar. It's relatively clean. But a few more vacuums and sweeps would benefit the location. Also, I noticed many (about 10) napkin dispensers covered in dust and flakes. In addition, the location's ventilation is weak for such a large place. I was beginning to drip with sweat in the main dining hall. Eventually, I found a small far off corner underneath a windy air vent that made this location's hot temperature more tolerable. If I were to compliment Round Table (West Covina), I thought the arcade games were charming. Also, I enjoyed the television screens that played sports (LA Dodgers vs San Diego Padres). The televisions were not muted, so I was able to hear the game. However, 30 minutes into my stay, the music suddenly turned on. This loud music and television audio did not mesh well at all. Also, I'm not a fan of needing to acquire a card to play the games. If it wasn't for that extra step, I'd have plopped a couple dollars into the crane game. Overall, Round Table Pizza (West Covina) offers good service and pizza. Its pizza's prices are not the most competitive, and its ambiance is clunky; however, I had a decent experience. If deciding to dine-in, have low expectations, so you'll be mildly surprised. 3.5 out of 4 read more

Quick lunch after church, service was super quick and the restaurant was quite empty due to us coming right when it opened. We ordered and got our food within 25 minutes. The boneless wings were crispy and the garlic Parmesan twists were good too, just a little too salty for my tastes. The pizza was also up to par but it was a little undercooked. Still delicious though! Overall, I'd definitely chalk this up to a slight mishap but I'm not opposed to giving this place a try again in the future! read more

Hands down the best local pizza in West Covina. A special thanks to Teresa who was very helpful and attentive to our party.

Quality ingredients that fresh, hot pizza and the best pizza in the town. It's pricey but all worth it!

It's edible but $30 for a medium build your own pizza AND they forgot one of my add ons? Hard pass for the future.

It's the ONLY pizza I can eat without getting a stomach ache. I only have their veggie, specialty pizza.

Pizza was delicious and the employee was so helpful with my order. However was disappointed in large size compared to other pizza places and a bit pricey read more

The food is always delicious and fresh - the delivery guy Raul is always nice and friendly

The workers here don't seem to be interested in working, no smiles, no warm greetings. Avoid the salad bar as there's absolutely no flavor, variety or freshness. It's overpriced as well. The lack of clientele on a Friday night is very telling about this lackluster location. What a disappointment! read more

Raul is the best and round table never misses. Also there is a lot of table space if you need to work or anything while you eat.

My daughter had three hour practice at the fields on the hill so my wife and I came here for wings and a pitcher of beer. After pouring out one beer each and each taking one drink we both noticed the beer had a horrible taste. I'm sure the keg lines are disgusting or this just isn't the type of beer we ordered. I took this photo and brought it up to a guy here. He was understanding and asked if I wanted another beer type. The bucket of beer is the same cost so I said since that was safe from dirty keg lines I'd prefer that. The female manager on the other hand said she would only give four beers to use cause we drank beer. Really? We didn't drink more than a taste of each glass but ok. She didn't say a word when I tried to talk to her and just walked away. I understand if someone was in here just trying to get a free beer or something but this beer is disgusting. We had also got $20 in quarters and put and total of $2 into one game that never worked. My wife was worried and wouldn't eat the food after it finally came. Overall horrible experience. I'd highly recommend not coming here. read more

Jennifer was terrible! Food was delivered cold and over 30 minutes late. I had to call multiple times to get an update. She was rude as well. She kept saying they were really busy and that's why the time kept getting longer and longer. She never gave me an accurate time. She told me to keep checking outside on my door step. What a joke! She should be fired. read more

GREAT PLACE TO HOST YOUR TEAM EVENT! We came here for our baseball ceremony (Go White Sox and it was so clean! It was so refreshing to have a very nice cashier Raul. The place was very clean, friendly service and the food was VERY good. I appreciated that he didn't charge me extra to do 'heavy' sauce on my pizza and actually found me a 2/1 coupon for the giant cookies they sell ($1.99 each! Totally worth it). My boys enjoyed the arcade and were drawn to that the whole night. The salad bar was well stocked and the prices were good. I can take my family here on a budget and the kids are safe to play here. read more

Went yesterday during dinner time, power went out in the area and an employee named Fatima made sure my kids and I were taken care off. She provided A1 service by checking with me during the wait time and once the electricity came back on, she ensured I received my order. She continuously asked for anything else I needed and made sure I had enough options at the buffet table. Overall she went above and beyond to do her job. Rare quality now a days and her service was greatly appreciated. read more

My family and I enjoy coming here almost on a weekly basis. Aside from the excellent customer service from Raul and the rest of the staff- the food is amazing! Their pizza is always fresh and hot. They have a buffet type salad bar lunch special that is affordable and filling.
