It's sad really. I come to either Mountain Mikes or Round Table for that buffet. Why? A lot of pizza and little price! It's a weird thing but I look forward to this as a "cheat day." I swung in off the street to go to a store nearby and caught the Round Table in the back corner, thanks to the guy spinning the buffet sign. Walked in and was helped pretty quickly. Sat down grabbed my cup ad filled it up then turned to the disappointment. Maybe it's my fault for eating lunch at 12:50. They had a grand total of 6 slices and 1 small piece of breadstick left on the row. The pizza looked like it had been there for a while, tasted like it as well. I should have taken a sneak peak at the lineup before paying the $11 or so, I guess that's my bad? On top of that I waited for any more pizzas to come out, or breadsticks which I wanted more. Instead I sat here sipping my drink after about 4 slices of slightly warm pizza. I wish I would learn a lesson from this an avoid these places but I doubt I can maintain that. Mohsen and his wife own this place, tucked inside the Parkside Plaza shopping center. I've been coming here for over a year now for their lunch buffet (it's within walking distance from my work). The food is great, and there's always plenty of pizza available. The owners are always here, doing every job, including cleaning up after customers. There was a time I came in a month or so back when there was very little pizza available at the buffet (just happened to be in between pies). Mohsen actually asked me what kind I would like (tip: the bbq chicken absolutely slays me), so I told him, and he had the cook make up a medium at my request. These guys are hard-working, keep the place clean, and are always happy to talk about whatever. Glad I found this lunch spot. You should come here, too! read more

I ordered a pizza at the Hillsdale store by phone and asked if they took the rewards offered for loyalty customers. They said they would give the discount at the store. They said they did accept rewards so I ordered. I got there and showed them the rewards on the app but they would not take it. They said they did not have it on their computer. I showed them the reward email but they still would not take it. The supervisor said I needed to show them the app. The rewards I showed them was from the website. SO I SHOWED them the app on my phone, opened it in front of them and showed them the reward. They acknowledged they could read that I had the reward but they would not accept it and said it was not their problem because their computer did not show it. They said I had to call customer service, which I did. They did not answer and said they would call back immediately. They never did. This location has also had other problems. I ordered a pizza over the phone and came in to pick it up. They did not have the order. I waited for 45-60 minutes in the store while they were trying to figure out what happened. 2 of the 3 times I have been at this store there has been a problem.
