There is only 1 size 12", 6 pieces. There was hardly any toppings on it. Supposed to have crushed tomatoes, basil about 6 small pieces, pepperoni and sausage, a few scatted on the pizza. Not much flavor and by the time we got home 15 minutes, it was cold. I arrived when they told me to. Then when you pay up comes 20% etc, for just handling me a pizza. The pizza was about $25 and I gave a $4 tip. Sorry will not be back.

I do t know what they put in their cheese blend, but it gets me every time. Their crust is thin with just the right amount of crisp! The staff at Nucci's are always polite and the service is fast. The restaurant shows that it supports local organizations by the various plaques displayed. The settings is casual and easygoing. Nucci's is my go-to for a solid slice of if I want something easy, quick and comforting!

When in Rome... Get…read morepizza! When in SLO... Also, Get Pizza!!! That right people... Pizza is a Universal Love Language and no matter if you are in the Motherland itself (Italy) or you are kickin' it in beautiful San Luis Obispo... Pizza is always a Win-Win situation! During a recent visit to SLO, someone in our group recommended Nucci's Pizza... Say. No. More. Without a hitch, we all piled into our cars and made our way towards downtown San Luis Obispo. Our group of about 10 decided to go family style and just order a few pizzas, lasagna's & individual salads for the table and it worked out perfectly. The pizza was excellent (see for yourself, pics below) and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of training. The Poppyseed Salad was delicious and was big enough to share, although I didn't. Haha. Our sever was really cool, relaxed and extremely patient with our slightly obnoxious group. We even celebrated someone's birthday and shared a Panucci (fresh chocolate chip cookie with ice cream & chocolate syrup)... It was pretty hilarious watching 10 grown men all sharing one dessert; thankfully we each had our own spoons. Lol. So the next time you are in SLO and you are feeling a little hungry... Come see the Love Language spoken at Nucci's Pizza and see if you too fall in love!

Hazards is a wonderful surprise in a sleepy town! This restaurant has been here for 7 years and I…read morecan see how they have made it here.... Really wish they were closer to our home! The decor is whimsical with mismatched wooden chairs and tables and benches with throw pillows for comfort. The restaurant was empty when server Melissa greeted us and told us we could take whatever table we wanted. Then, she came with water and warm sliced sourdough bread and ice and water which were refilled as appropriate throughout the break... Even as restaurant filled up. As the evening progressed, Melissa was joined by several other young male servers who were equally as helpful and pleasant... So the staff seemed happy to work here. And many customers seemed to be regulars... From a toddler to a single senior lady all were addressed and treated with care and respect. And, I haven't even told you about the incredible food!!! My husband ordered manicotti - it was delivered piping hot and DELICIOUS! The sauce was sausage ( homemade at the restaurant) and mushroom ragu and beautifully complimented the apparently homemade pasta and ricotta cheese of the dish. The butternut squash ravioli was served beautifully in a pesto sauce with freshly grated Parmesan cheese...it could not have been better. We also had a side salad, minus onions and received a fresh salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, chick peas and delicious homemade ranch dressing! We wanted something a bit sweet so we shared a piece of carrot cake...and were treated to a moist yummy balanced cake that wasn't too sweet. It would be worth take out just for the cake! Speaking of take out, throughout our time there, there were multiple orders of pizza and salads picked up from online or telephone orders ..mostly pizza - it must be good too. We are only in the area for a couple days, but we are tempted to eat there again tonight but we are still feeling full! Thanks, Hazards!!

He literally has a wood burning stone oven in the back of his unassuming little spot. The restaurant ambiance definitely could use a spruce but the pizza is great. I was directed by some young men to check out a spot and when I did I realized it was your late night drunk pizza slice joint. Not what I wanted so I left there empty handed too. I was defeated and starving and was considering walking back to my hotel and door dashing junk when all of a sudden, a girl turns the corner of the block I'm standing at with a pizza box in her hands. I said "Yo girl where did you get that pizza from and are they still open!?" She said, "Antonia's and yes!" I told her I tried getting there before but my maps got me lost and she told me it was down by the Barnes and Noble, hidden from the street, which makes sense why I didn't see it on the main drag. So in I go, it's small, it's cute, it looks like people are making magic happen in the back. I am greeted by the owner of the place and I told him I wanted to order some pizza. I definitely came to the right place. They had a personal pizza, exactly what I wanted and so many options! I made small talk with the guy, told him I was from New York and he insisted I come back to let him know what I thought and then told me his pizza is very different from New York Pizza. So this is me coming back to tell you what I thought. You rock and your pizza ROCKS. I had trouble deciding which to get and he guided me. I went with the Margherita despite him telling me it was simple and straightforward. That's exactly what I wanted. He told me to get the SLO crust, which was a house made crust seasoned with herbs and spices, oregano and garlic, he insisted it had the most flavor the one I should go with, so I did. They had SO many crust options and pizza options like: meat lovers, Hawaiian, veggie, greek, mediterranean, bbq chicken and many more. I also ordered sweet potatoe fries which is so wild for me because I never do that but I was on vacation and this place gave me happy good vibes. He said it would be about 20 minutes so I took a walk and when I came back it was ready and like $35. Woof. I thought that was expensive kind of but also I ordered a pizza to myself and fries so I was just really hoping it was worth it. Spoiler alert: it was SO WORTH IT. I got back to my hotel, took the pizza and sweet potato fries and garlic sauce on the side went out onto my balcony and was in absolute vacation heaven. The pizza WAS SO GOOD and SO different. It was unlike any pizza I had ever had before and so not my style but I loved it. The crust was soft but thick and fluffy but also had crunch, the flavors were insane and the fresh basil on top delish. This was a specialty pizza place exactly what I wanted. The sweet potato fries were stupid. Probably the best sweet potatoes fries I have ever had. I am so glad that random girl turned the corner with the pizza box when she did. And this place is OPEN TIL 2 AM. Quality quality place. I hope this guy kills it, everyone go here.

I just love it when small businesses create something unique to stand out. Staff were friendly. They have seating both indoors and outdoors. Of course, you can also order take-out. We got our pizza with their "famous Twisted Sesame Crust" and did 1/2 (Chicken shawarma) & 1/2 Bravo Special. I am glad they allow halfsies on their gourmet pizza flavors. 1. Chicken Shawarma Pizza (4/5) The base sauce is a white garlic herb sauce that's herbally, savory, and light. It complimented the curry-shawarma seasoned chicken flavor well. The diced red onions and fresh tomatoes brings out a refreshing touch. 2. Bravo Special (4.5/5) Also has a white garlic herb base sauce, which reminds me of Greek Yogurt. It is topped with a decent amount of mozzarella, which made it super "cheesy" and packed with flavor from the Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, artichokes, chopped garlic & roma tomatoes. Overall, their pizzas were very enjoyable - not too oily, nicely baked and the pretzel twisted crust with sesame seeds was just toasted, doughy delightness. Check it out if you're in the area!!!!
