Stopped in at 11:30am to pick up a to-go salad bar for lunch. I noticed the lettuce was very low, and another patron was putting some salad they had dropped on the counter back in the tray, so before I ordered I told the cashier, Jake, "looks like we are going to need some more lettuce". He agreed, stating they had been very busy. I paid for my salad and asked if he could replenish the nearly empty, and now tainted lettuce, to which he responded, "I have 3 pizzas to make first, then I will make more salad". There was already another female employee in back making pizzas. He is front of house and the salad bar is his responsibility. Are you kidding me? Its lettuce. It's a salad to go. You are required ZERO effort other than to put some lettuce in the bin! I asked for a refund, rather than wait for him to make several pizzas to which he seemed completely pissed about. Then he said he would just "void" my ticket. All he did was write "void" on the ticket. No attempt to actually refund my purchase. How this place stays open baffles me. Tried Round Table Pizza for the first time this week and the pizza was ok just needed more flavor in the sauce. It was a personal pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was not as tasty as I wished it would be. I also had the salad bar that was a winner! I would definitely just go back for the salad bar and it was good! Not bad for a $10 salad bar quick meal during lunch. The service was awesome the lady was kind and helpful with a beautiful sweet smile. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Maybe I'll try another pizza again to see if it was just that day. Screwed me over again round table. Ordered 2 hours early on Halloween as I was expecting it to be busy. Get there at 5:30 to pick it up along with 24 other people in line. there is one guy making pizza and one guy at the counter dealing with the orders. Guy at the counter has no clue what pizza is for who. Literally opening the box and yelling to the crowd what pizza is in the box. After 20 minutes in line I cut up to the front and ask him If he has mine. Nope, hasn't even made it yet. People were walking out left and right And cancelling their orders. We have been trying to order from this Round Table Pizza location for the past four years, and unfortunately, we have never once had a smooth or successful experience when it comes to timing or execution. Orders are consistently late, delayed, or poorly communicated--if they arrive at all. They no longer serve beer at this location, and they rely on DoorDash for delivery, which only adds another layer of inconsistency. Whether ordering online or over the phone, nothing ever seems to be executed on time. Promised delivery windows are rarely honored, and there's little accountability when things go wrong. Especially important for families: If you have kids, do not order delivery. You will be waiting far longer than expected, which turns what should be an easy family meal into a frustrating experience with hungry, impatient children. It's a real shame because this is a good location with a solid product--but the operations are simply not there. After years of giving them chances, it feels like nothing has improved. Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered online for pickup and was told it would be ready at 4:30. Sent my stepson to pick it up and he was told it hadn't been started yet. At 6 it still wasn't ready, so we called the store and got hung up on three times when trying to talk to the manager. The poor counter guy first told us our order had been picked up, then forwarded our call to the manager. Got hung up on. We called back and the same guy said no, it's ready. Called my son and told him to go back up to the counter, and they said it would be 8 minutes. Just a really negative experience. As of 2 hours still don't have our pizza. I hate to give bad reviews especially a restaurant that I love. Unfortunately I must share my experience. This happened a couple of months ago yet I'm still waiting for my refund for almost 80 dollars for 2 pizzas!! As I was eating my pizza at home I started choking on plastic pieces. I immediately took pictures and called the manager to complain and get some sort of explanation. As we were talking the girl manager said. Oh are they like bristles from a broom? I said why yes that's exactly what is in my pizza. So evidently this happened again she mentioned this, but it did happen a long time ago once. I got no explanation why plastic bristles are my pizza. We have always enjoyed the Post Rd restaurant, until yesterday. We ordered by phone and were told it would be 15-20 minutes. we were there in 15 minutes and were informed it would be another 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I asked when I might expect my pizza and was told it had just been put in the oven and would be out in 4 minutes. 20 minutes later the pizza was ready. Although the pizza was very good, we will not be going back to this restaurant. over an hour waIting for a pizza is absurd. read more

This place used to be great - I even gave them a 5-star review in the past. However, my recent experience leaves much to be desired. It was a pickup order - the estimated pickup time was 52 minutes. A bit long - but we had time, so I didn't mind and placed the order. I reached at the appointed time and there was a slight mix-up - ignore that. But my pizza was sitting there - not in any thermal bag or in any heated holding cabinet - just sitting there. By the time I got home, the pizza was cold. That normally does not happen with any of my other pizza pickups. While the pizza itself was good, I find it somewhat unacceptable that the restaurant would not take care to keep the pizza warm - particularly when they give you such a long lead time to pickup the order. They should also be looking at their competition to see how they have improved the pizza experience - as an example, the other place that I like the pizza is from Pizza Guys. If you provide a phone number, Pizza Guys will text you the progress of the order - they will tell you when the Pizza went into the oven - this way you have a much better estimate of when to pickup. read more

I ordered a pizza. It was late by a half hour. Meaning a full 1.5 hours had past before anyone even bothered or cared to notify me that you ran out of dough. When I called, I was put on hold after I explained the issue. I was told I would have to wait an additional few minutes until the manager was available. When he finally came on, it wasn't, let me make you a pizza, it was, I will have to cancel this order and start a new one, and work on getting you a free pizza in the future. Told order would be ready at 8 (which was 45 minutes from order time) I walk in to an empty place, sadly as it always is. I stood here for 5 minutes in complete silence. While the female employee who appears to be the manager made eye contact with me yet said nothing. The young man working with her pointed me out to make sure she knew I was here. ( not sure why he didn't simply great me himself) Once the female I'm going to refer to as the manager to acknowledge me, she lets me know she was at lunch prior to my arrival and not only is my order not ready, it hasn't even been started because apparently she is the only one who knows how to make a pizza. I love round table and I want every business to survive, especially here in town center. Who ever owns this location needs to be present in their business. I constantly have outrageous and ridiculously poor experiences specifically at this round table. Advice to ownership, the manager working tonight is rude, doesn't care about your business, the customers attempting to patron your business, and I haven't eaten the pizza yet but I can only hope it doesn't taste of poor attitude, and a false sense of entitlement, like she has. She is toxic for your business and she isn't teaching any of the staff any good habits either. I would love the opportunity to write a review about a positive experience here.
