Round table has always been a hit for my family. We came in tonight for my nieces 7th birthday and it was such a great experience. The food was amazing, pepperoni pizzas, wings, garlic twists and salad that was delicious. The ambiance is perfect it's not too much not too little perfect in my opinion. The service was amazing and left a huge impression on us all. I think it was the manage or owner? Not sure gave my son and niece stuffed animals from the claw machine after we failed to win them some lol. My toddler was so happy. Ordered a small pizza but she put in a medium and obviously, it was too much food for me to finish. It was delicious, but twice the amount of money that I was expecting to pay. The place was pretty much empty and the buffet area was pretty depressing with just lettuce and a few more veggie toppings and a few pizzas. It was very small. We usually visit these places at least 8-15 deep, we're always prepared to wait a little, we got lucky, they were empty. It's not like other Round tables we have been to. It's small, a few games, and restrooms. We all ordered, and food was out as fast as it could be. Food was good, wings and Buffalo sauce were good. I even enjoyed a simple salad. My sister called ahead of time to reserve space for 15, and order pizzas. On the day of, we called to confirm reservations for 5pm. We get there and pizza is ready, but to my surprise, no tables were reserved. The Lady at the counter said she didn't expect so many people to come and dine in. I'm very very disappointed that they didn't reserve tables. They should've set down a reserved sign and planned better. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to clear tables and make space for us to have a seat. Round Table is my go to for a veggie pizza. I always get the Gourmet Veggie, which is loaded. They put artichoke hearts, zucchini, spinach among other things. It's on garlicky sauce. I've never tried the red sauce one. I've not found any pizza that had this good of a veggie mix. My housemate always gets the pepperoni. It's great as the red sauce is zesty. Service is quick. Good beers/ales on tap. Download the app for specials and points. This place is kept clean, they have some arcade games for the kids and the big sceeens for sports. They do offer coupons and deals through their APP or the mailer so it does help with the costs. Ordered a supreme and meat pizzas, both specialty pizzas. We like RT location in Ontario but decided to order from this location instead on Xmas eve to avoid traffic. I wish I took pictures of it because they were COMPLETELY different!!!!! Toppings were so skimpy they can't possibly be called specialty pizzas at all. Great experience. I had ordered a Medium Pepperoni for carry out and was prepared in 15 -20mins. When I arrived the employees were friendly and my pizza was freshly out of the oven. the good: the pizza itself tasted fine. nice and crispy. toppings were great. the staff seemed very kind. the bad: the boneless chicken wings are awful. they taste like they've been made with 50% flour and 50% ground chicken. the texture is like bread. definitely the worst I've ever had, and i only ate one before tossing the rest. also, be careful not to be fooled by the number of slices they advertise for their sizes. for an XL, "16 slices" is just a marketing ploy: think about it, there is no way there can be 16 slices in a pizza without slicing it super thin as shown in the picture. read more

Ordered over the phone, and the pizza was ready when I got there 30 minutes later, but when I arrived, they told me I couldn't use the Local Flavor certificate that encouraged me to visit the restaurant in the first place. I was told, "You have to email them to get a refund because we aren't accepting those anymore." (Despite it having an expiration date 3 months away marked 12/31.) They didn't seem to care that I walked out empty-handed. Why mail out these Local Flavor ads only to find out they're no good after I get there? Unfortunately, I used to come here often for the lunch buffet with coworkers during work (pre-COVID), but now I just can't return nor can I recommend it to anyone out of principle. Shame, since we used to roll deep. Double shame, since their garlic knots were also actually pretty good and now I have to abandon that. Other things I noticed: The cleaning chemical smell inside is pretty strong. (But if that's what keeps customers from catching COVID, I guess that's fine). And they also seem to like playing Fox News on their tv, which is certainly strange. Avoid this place and just hit up Mr. G's nearby if you want to get your pizza fix. We went to this location on a Groupon and after reading the reviews, I was extremely hesitant. We arrived in the early afternoon and were instantly impressed with the cleanliness and the great atmosphere. We even looked at each other and gave the "This ain't bad!" headnod. We were looking at the menu when an older customer approached the counter asking a slew of questions as Jhansi answered her patiently and courteously. After about 10-15 minutes, Jhansi politely asked the lady if she could take our order first and get back to her. The lady agreed and Jhansi did exactly that with courtesy and grace. When we did get our pizza, we found it to be delicious and generously topped! Update: I visited this location on a Saturday and there were some kids literally playing with a ball in the restaurant. It was bouncing off the salad bar and I had to fight my way through to get a drink at the beverage station. At one point, the ball almost hit my husband's head. I asked for the manager and the lady at the counter asked if she could help. I said that I really don't think the kids should be playing in the restaurant. She apologized but didn't say anything to the parents. I had to speak to the parents and one of the parents told me to relax and that they were just kids. They do not cheap out on how much ingredients they put on the pizza and it's worth the cost. This location is owned by a LOVELY family! Our family has been going there since our daughters were in elementary school. They are now in college. The service is always amazing. I don't usually post poor reviews, but sometimes you have a bad experience and you just have to share it. I have been to this restaurant on many occasions when it was located across the street and never had a problem. It took 65 mins to get my food (pizza and wings). I was told it would be 20. The restaurant isn't that busy as there are only 5 tables that have people sitting at them. I can totally understand if it was busy, but when the place is dead with a few to go orders, what is the excuse. They keep mentioning a promotion that is going on, but there isn't much of a line of people waiting. I went up to find out what the delay was and was just told it will be a few more minutes. I know I won't be coming again. Who wants to wait an hour for a pizza and wings? I could make my own in less time. And apparently everyone who is dining in has not received their food either and everyone is upset. I would've given a 1 Star, but I was so hungry that when the food finally arrived, it actually tasted good. read more
