nailed my order , they always do a great job! On time with delivery and quality pizza and salads. Had the lunch buffet in the past , great deal! read more

...what turned out to be a crazy experience ended up being AWESOME! I called in my order for delivery around 7:30 - gave me order and was confirmed a delivery time of 50 min. A few min later, the cashier calls me back indicating that my debit card indicated an error. I repeated my info & all was well. Around 9pm, I realized I hadn't received my order. I called the restaurant was told my order was accidentally cancelled and there was no number to call me back on. The manager - JOHN - was not only extremely apologetic, he asked me for my order again and ensured me that my order would be HOT and arrive at my doorstep within 20min! He also indicated NO CHARGE!! JOHN - Thanks for over & above customer service! You're the BEST! read more

The pizza was hot and fresh when I picked it up, got everything right with all the extra cheese packets and peppers. Can't ask for more. Good location, staff was quick and nice. read more

The salad bar is always fresh here. I love to come to the buffet! Twice now they've made a pizza for the buffet with the toppings I requested. Super friendly!! Will definitely be a returning customer. read more

It was a late night trip. The food is expensive, the salad bar was surprising fresh though. The pizza is decent. The people working there looked and acted very unprofessional. They answered a phone call while taking our order, which ended up being their friend and had a conversation with us standing at the counter. They invited their friends/boyfriends or whoever and was loud throughout the night. The place was clean though that's a plus. First impressions with the staff, not good. read more

Best pizza chain lunch buffet in the area! Always ready on time and they keep the fresh pies coming out of the oven. The salad bar is good not great, found some bad lettuce and spinach a couple times but other than that this is a prime lunch spot if you are on the go. read more

I love this place! We were shopping in Concord and stopped here to avoid commute traffic before traveling to Brentwood. The customer service is great. Shane took our order and was friendly and professional. The pizza was so good and the salad bar was well stocked and fresh. We never order from Round Table in Brentwood. We used to, but the pizza never tastes that good and the only way to get a lot of toppings is to pay extra for more. We will definitely be traveling to Concord for our pizza fix. We may not be able to have delivery, but the pizza is great and the restaurant is clean and very comfortable. read more

We already know Round Table is the best pizza ever! But this Round Table is the best of the best! It's spotless and the salad bar has EVERYTHING! Its alway fresh and well stocked. The crew is always friendly and the manager Rachel (sorry if that's misspelled) ‍ has always gone over and beyond to ensure my order is perfect. King Arthur well done.... try it! read more

I grew up with round table and it always used to be one of my favorites... I'm not too big on any other pizza except round table... But lately, it seems that every round table I go to has given me extra thin crust, barely any sauce and way too much cheese!... It just seems that they've lowered their standards and start to taste like all the rest of the cheap pizza brands/food chains.. The sauce was always the best part and the regular crust was delicious... Lately it's been paper thin and the toppings have become extra scarce! ... Even when I've ordered double and triple pepperoni I barely get to my three pieces per slice... It's so disappointing because roundtable has been my favorite place for pizza fo over 30 years and now it's just another generic pizza brand... so disappointing! read more

I think they have changed hands but not sure. I ordered a lunch pizza last week and it was delicious and had just the right amount of toppings. I think the lady who made the pizza made it great. It was ready and hot. They did not give me napkins or a bag for the peppers and cheese, which would have been nicer. I hope the salad bar comes back soon as I love their choices for a salad. read more

We normally order from this store. Our delivery was 25 minutes late and it was cold and soggy. We ordered one half an half lg pizza and 2 flatbread pizzas. Spent $70 for crap. Going to another branch next time. read more

For starters the staff, always friendly and welcoming. They offer me things, cheese , peppers, plates are always offered when I get my order. Food- always in a timely fashion and well crafted. Never had a problem. Diner was clean, salad bar well stocked. This is my go to round table. read more

This place is retarded I ordered 1 pizza and the chick said it will be done in 15 mins and so ok I waited and waited thought they would call me name out to say it was done be nope didn't hear my name called so 30mins passed by and went up to the counter and ask the guy I ordered my pizza like 30 mins ago and you guys didn't call me name dude was like oh did you order from here ? Did you pay for it ? Yes I did and so he pulled it out from the bottom counter. I will never go to this fucken place again. Bad service no communication at all. Now my pizza is probably cold from sitting there! read more

This particular location has poor quality of pizza more often than not. They either use too much dough, red sauce or cheese. I ordered a small pepperoni last Friday night Nov. 3 and I got enough dough and cheese for a large pizza. The Willow Pass location seems to be a better option as the cook actually takes pride in making a good quality pizza. read more

I have been ordering from this location for years. They have absolutely lost our patronage. We ordered two pizzas a few weeks ago and one was wrong. No big deal it happens. I called and was told we could have another sent out or a credit for future medium. I said fine I'll order in future. We called tonight and spoke to manager and ordered the pizza and a family salad. We were told they couldn't do that as their min charge for delivery was 15 so I'd pay 15 for the salad. I said that doesn't make sense. I asked if you had brought out right pizza after I called would I need to pay 15 dollars? She replied no but since I waited we need to order min of 15 dollars and salad was less so needed to pay 15. I told her I would never order or use them again. Poor customer service as initial problem was on their end anyway. We discussed this a few times and her logic was absolutely flawed. If you want people to continue to use you even with a minor mistake then you need to make good on your promises. I wish I could find more ways to protest this or cause a bigger stink but I guess I'll have to let it be. read more

I would give less than 1 star of possible placed an order online should have been delivered at 9:04 p.m. call Dee restaurant at 9:20 p.m. talk to the manager who promised it was on the way and that I should see it within 20 minutes called back at 9:45 told them no pizza and i wanted a refund. The manager offered me a free pizza but why would I want a free pizza when I can't even get a pizza I paid for. They were over 45 minutes late and I'm less than a mile from their establishment very unprofessional read more

All in all bad. Rude people and sub par food. Not happy with the service, and also being given the wrong pizzas. read more

Yet again this place has not met expectations. Called and asked how long delivery would take. They said 45 minutes to a hour. It is now over a hour and a half with no food delivered. We live a few blocks away. Called twice and he is on his way. Apparently we are apart if 6 other deliveries. Are you kidding me? Do not order delivery. I just do not understand. Lessoned learned. Will not order from this location again. Suggest you do not either. read more

This was by far one of the WORST experiences I've had at any restaurant. We ordered with a coupon online, and everything was fine, and then we went to go pick it up and our order was wrong. We didn't get our 2 liter, the pizza was the wrong size, and we were charged extra instead of them using the coupon. We had a confirmation email but because we did not have the phone to PROVE it they wouldn't do anything about it. The order took 20 min longer than it was supposed to, and not to mention, the four other people there all got wrong orders as well! I reached out to this establishment and haven't heard anything back, unbelievable. read more

We go weekly for a small meeting we attend. We always get THE BEST service, and the pizza is delicious. I have been to many 4-star restaurants where I was not treated nearly so well as by the staff at this Round Table. They are friendly, fast, helpful, and everything a good wait staff should be. Some weeks it's just a quiet place to meet and talk, but some weeks there is a party atmosphere, which can be very fun. We have even been invited to enjoy birthday treats with celebrators :-) read more

Decided to try this round table for dinner on a Friday night. Made an online order and showed up right when it was supposed to be ready. Waited in line for more than 10 minutes while onIy one customer was being helped. Then when it was my turn they realised that my order was never "put in" and that they would make it as quick as possible. I then ask for a discount for having to wait. They give me the 25% employee discount which ends up being only 1 dollar cheaper than my already applied coupon. The staff was friendly but obviously needed help. read more

So some people think that Round Table has the best pizza. I don't understand their thinking, but then some people are content with chain restaurants in general. Usually these people see things very simply. Round Table pizzas are also probably the worst bang-for-the-buck in pizzadom. Very overpriced. I go here once in a while if I'm hungry, cuz I get the buffet with all the salad and pizza you want. Not the best idea, but you don't care if you're hungry. The main problem I have is that they don't always have a pizza I can eat, being a vegetarian. Sometimes I go up to the counter where someone's working on a pizza and ask them if they're gonna have cheese pizza, and they usually have one on the way. The last time I asked though, I looked down and the lady was slicing one. When I noticed this, I said "Oh", or something like that. She looked like she was really pissed that I asked and never uttered a word to me. Also, they have a sign waver out front that's so aggressive that he makes me nervous and I hate seeing him. read more

Worst place ever messed up the order 4times and lied saying i placed that order when I didn't not coming here again

One of my better experiences at a Round Table Pizza. Employees are pleasent and the resteraunt is clean. Rhey have a nice "arcade" with Air Hockey and some other games. Quick service and food is good, for Round Table. Overall good experience. read more

Love their author supreme pizza a little pricey but worth every penny. Awesome service.

Blah, something didn't taste right on my combo pizza and it made me a little sick after. I just threw it away. Service was neither good nor bad. It's a little dirty inside. Convenient. Parking is plentiful. read more

Wonderful customer service. I brought 2 children i was babysitting there, and every single one of the staff members treated us with respect and were patient with the kids. Great experience. read more

This place used to be really good. Now, always late and not great pizza. Management needs to step up.

Best customer service by Rachel! I believe she's the manager here at this round table. I would highly recommend to choose to eat at this round table, due to the superb customer service my girlfriend and I received from Rachel and her whole entire staff!!! 5 stars hands down for the service! And the pizza quality is also superb! 5 stars for that! Will definitely be a returning customer ;) thanks Rachel for a great experience! read more

I ordered my pizza online for the first time, and the process was confusing! I waited and waited for the progress meter online to tell me that the pizza was finished. So after thirty minutes of waiting I went in to see if my pizza was ready. It actually was. As I went in to pick it up, there was a young girl behind the counter who didn't smile once the entire time I was in there. I assumed she was a shift manager because her shirt was a different color than the rest of the crew. Her name was Bri (?), and you could clearly tell that either she didn't want to be there or she was on drugs or something. The whole time she was acting like she was stoned! The lady in front of me had ordered a beer, and Bri (?) had a difficult time filling the cup up at the tap because she was acting a little out of it. She acted cold to me and, frankly, a little bitchy. Who not only hires these people, but also puts them in charge? Awful customer service! So after I got my pizza, the box was warm, but when I got home, it was lukewarm, and I only live about a mile away. I deducted that they had probably taken it out about 10-15 minutes before I came to pick it up, and their program online was innaccurate. Innaccurate online ordering system, barely warm pizza at pickup, and an employee with very poor customer service...I would have given it zero stars if I could! read more

I am hesitate to write this review cause I am giving away a hidden gem. This is the all around nicest Round Table I have ever visited. We like the pizza at round table and like to order it most of the time when we are getting pizza. This location is LARGE, CLEAN and , because it is located in a big strip mall , has EASY and lots of PARKING! The service was fast and accurate. This visit we ordered pick up that we ordered through the Web site. The pizzas were ready when promised and made correctly. The best part of the visit was the staff. Every person with whom we interacted was so nice it ready was a great pizza going experence. which is nice considering that as fast food pizza goes round table is on the more expencive side. This is our new go to round table (sorry willow pass location) so I guess see you there. read more

Every time I order from this RTP there is an issue. The food is under cooked (raw dough) or delivery time is close to 2 hours when I had been told 45-60 min. This last time they completely forgot about my order for delivery. Almost 2 hours later I called to inquire about it and after a few employees picked up the phone and placed me back on hold the manager got on the line and said I must have sent my online order to a different RTP. 3 times someone different got on the phone and said my order must have been sent somewhere else..... 15 minutes on hold and I'm still on hold for these people to get it together and figure out how to fix this. read more

Used to be great pizza, just don't go for the all you can eat lunch pizza and salad bar. Too many people, so the food goes quick, and when the pizza arrives it's either pepperoni or "local favorite" which could be mushrooms and onions or other gross combinations. read more

I wish I would have gotten the guys names that took my order. He was awesome.
