I like this place. I like that it has the serve yourself beer option. They also have wine and seltzers. The pizza is good, even if it's a little pricey. I like to add extra sauce with my combination. They add lots of toppings and the flavor and crust is good. They have plenty of seating and it works well for larger groups. The employees are always very nice. read more

Costumer service was awful. Waited an hour and 15 for our order before I went and requested my money back. Another family also requested there money back with a third family getting ready to leave until they started giving them canceled orders to stay. They appear to be prioritizing pick up orders as pizza delivery workers headed out the door with no issue.​​ They didn't want to give me my money back and kept me there another 10 minutes (pretty sure to stall me) and finish the pizza. The best pizza I have ever had. The crust is very tasty and flavorful. The toppings are really fresh and I can actually taste each one of them . Totally worth the price and effort to have one made at your liking, and yes you can have your own choice of toppings and meat. It is very rare that I give a 1-star review but this is something they had to be addressed. The lunch "buffet" is not a buffet. We got there as family of four and there was nothing out. We asked if it was galling and they said yes so we said we wanted 4. After they rang us up, she asked what pizza we wanted and we said politely pepperoni (teenagers), Hawaiian for me) and a meatlovers (for my husband). She refused to do three and said she would make just the first two. The salad was adequate (about the only thing) and then they made to order breadsticks and wings but again no choice and wasn't out on the buffet. There also were wedges on the list but were never put out and never offered. All of this was bad enough but on top of that, we got food poisoning later that night from the food. I thought the sauce tasted bad but the lately seemed irritated already abc I didn't want to complain and have her get rude with my family. I was torn between three and four stars but went with four based on the fact that they are newly opened and kinks happen. Phoned order in at 11:37 am on Fathers Day. Was told 30 minutes. Was 40 minutes but I'm not sweating the 10 extra minutes based on my beginning sentence above. The good : tasted like Round Table Pizza. Was greeted promptly and politely. The bad : $50 for two 14" pizzas is crazy. $30 for a large King Arthur Supreme. $20 for a "Double Play Pepperoni" that has two kinds of pepperoni but definitely NOT twice the pepperoni. I included a photo from Round Tables website as a reference. For $20 you can add more pepperoni. If price is a concern stick with Leonardis in WinCo. If mid range is your limit Me & Ed's (who offered a Fathers Day discount). If wanting local higher price Slice of Italy. If you want the classic taste of Round Table and money is no expense then order up. Had a celebration lunch here the other day. Had not been to this location before and had not had a round table pizza in years. I'm happy to report that the pizza was fantastic. Why I'm writing a review is because of the service. The gentleman behind the counter was the most pleasurable host I have ever had at a pizza place!! He was very accommodating to our needs as we had had 10 people in our party. He waited for everyone to arrive then brought the pizza out with plates etc. He checked in every so often and towards the end brought out free garlic bread sticks for us to try. Just a great meal and service. Couldn't have asked for more. We will be back :) read more

This place has so much potential, they just need more help. There were a bunch of dirty tables and there was only one woman doing it all. The pizza and wings were delicious, and I love that they have the serve yourself beer to try different ones. The environment is awesome as well. Games for the kids were a bit pricy though, and a gumball from the gumball machine was a dollar which is ridiculous. Tonight I placed a $114.00 order for delivery, delivery time was supposed to be 6:35. At 7:00 I called to check on our order and after I was put on hold twice I was informed that the Calloway location was currently closed. The app allowed me to order and allowed me to pay. The person on the phone stated they would transfer my order to the Gosford location but they would have to charge me again and I would have to wait for a refund on the 1st payment. I advised I am not authorizing a 2nd payment and just asked that my money be refunded and to cancel my order. I was then told that they would allow me to speak with the supervisor- The supervisor got on the phone and stated they would not charge my card a second time and my order would be delivered in 10-15 minutes from the Gosford location . I agreed but was hesitant because the drive alone is 15 minutes to my house from that location but gave it a shot. After 40 minutes the Gosford location called me and stated they don't have my order (weird because they called me) but they could place a new order and charge me again. I let her know that my order was already supposed to have been delivered. At this point I asked to speak with the supervisor again. The girl on the phone told me I have to call the Calloway location and she hung up the phone. I called the Calloway location and requested to speak with the supervisor that told me my order would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. Apparently the supervisor did not want to speak with me because he never got on the phone. I asked for my card to be refunded and was told the system was down. that system had no problem charging my card. After demanding a refund I was texted a photo of a receipt that appears to show a refund. This entire experience today has ruined us. Round Table has been our go to pizza place since they opened. I will never order Round Table ever again after this. *zero stars read more

Well I haven't been to Round Table Pizza in a very long time. I wished Yelp had a way of rating places in different categories. The place is a little on the small side and with high ceilings making it pretty loud when you have a lot of kids. Although this is a pizza joint and you should except a bunch of youngins running around have a blast. The staff there are 5 stars and absolutely awesome and excited to help in any way. We ordered one of the meat lover pizza's. It have plenty of toppings, crust was ok but a little on the bland side. The sauce really didn't have much flavor which was disappointing. We also ordered the 12 pc wings. We got the mild Buffalo and Garlic Parm. They were good but really nothing to right home about. read more

My family Attempted to have dinner here after my daughter's softball game. We walked in at 8pm and were told that they close at 9 and weren't serving anymore. We asked why the sign says that they were open until 9pm then, The employee went on to let us know that it takes them an hour to close down all of the equipment so therefore they stop serving at 8. With my personal experience working many years in the food and beverage industry, that is not how hours of operation work. We then turned around and went next door to firehouse! Did an order online for the round table on Calloway! This was our first time and I will not be going to then or giving them another shot. I ordered and over an hour later I called to see where are 1 medium pizza was the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that they should've called because the delivery time was over 120 minutes long and he asked what the name was and said the pizza will be to me in the next 25 minutes. I then call back because I was just going to pick it up and when I spoke to the lady on the phone she told me that the pizza HASNT even been made yet and it'll be over a 30 minute wait!
