Jeff arrived every couple of weeks and always did a fine job of cutting, edging, and sweeping up my lawn. Before long, Jeff hired a crew to work for him. No longer did Jeff mow my yard himself, but now he has left it up to strangers. Over the years, I would have to say his lawn crew has been fine 95% of the time. On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. At this point I will always go to them first anytime I need anything done outside my house.

Some knucklehead (me) decided to drive a landscaping stake through one of my irrigation pipes. Easy…read morejob to replace the damaged section, right? Of course not, I punctured a pipe that was below a number of other PVC pipes. I contacted Darrell via Yelp and he responded quickly and set a date to come out to estimate the job. I was surprised that he responded so quickly as this is a small job and these guys are totally overbooked. He provided a very reasonable estimate and I also had him provide an estimate for crushed stone walkways on each side of my house as there are sections that will not grow grass. Another very reasonable estimate. His crew showed up on time and exceeded my expectations with their work. Great guys and more importantly true professionals. I would highly recommend Darrell and Aloha for any landscaping needs.

So many "landscapers" just call themselves that since they mow lawns primarily. It was refreshing speaking to someone who knew about pruning and shaping shrubs/bushes the right way. For a combination of trimming, shrub removal, planting, and mulching, I thought her pricing was extremely fair. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would highly recommend.

Our back and front yards were in bad shape from our previous lawn service. Handyman Lawns made them look better than they had in years! They cut the front hedges--and same thing. Those hedges have never looked better. One of front bed looked horrible because of the big snowstorm. It also killed on of our young trees. Tyce came out and made some wonderful plant suggestions. His crew came out the following Monday and gave that bed a makeover. It looks incredible! We absolutely love it! They replaced the dead tree with a pretty crepe myrtle that's already a nice size and looks great. The whole yard looks brand new! It hasn't looked this good since we moved here. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly, highly recommend.

He gave me a quote of $35 for every two week mowing. It was suppose to be every Thursday. They mowed that first time, which was on time and looked perfect. Second time wasn't on Thursday, I assumed it was due to weather. They showed up on Saturday without informing me, woke us up on one of our few days to sleep in. Then I let them know after no one had shown up for the third mowing that I would be going with a new lawn care service. Now invoicing, after I let him know I would not be doing another month he asked for an email to send a final bill. I didn't see the original invoice and two weeks later he texted to ask me to pay saying I was two months past due! I let him know I didn't get it so he resent an invoice, then I saw he was charging me $45 per mowing. When I asked he said that's what's on my website and I don't remember quoting you different. Paid the invoice and let him know I'd leave a review and he got upset as you can see in the screenshot. Edited to add a screenshot showing when I reached out, since he seemed to think I didn't have facts straight and should read time stamps.
